Very nice, clean, friendly service. The selection is always being updated and if you’re not great at pairing accessories the girls will lend a hand. Some very original pieces if you take a moment to look through the selection.

Such amazing accessories in this store !!! I can find every gift I need and of course have a selection for myself. I would normally go in the mornings, but theres this thick lady, I would say the manager, has a really nasty attitude. I stopped by in an afternoon and there was this girl with AMAZING customer service. She has to be like the assistant manager, I went with an issue for an item I had purchased and she solved my issue. Very patient and attentive. Now I go in the afternoons because that is when she is there. Definitely a great place to shop.

I don’t know why this place has $$$$ — it’s really not that expensive.
This store has a mix of both better quality and cheap items. I have gotten a few cute scarves from here for about $ 12 each, which isn’t bad. They’re also not the same generic ones you see being sold on street corners.
My mom actually really likes going in here every time she visits because they have some cute sandals and the prices aren’t bad.
On the more expensive side, the do sell some designer bags. I found a Jessica Simpson bag here that I loved, but didn’t buy right away. It was on sale, too. By the time I went back, it was gone, and it was sold out online.
They do have some junky stuff, but it’s good when you need costume jewelry for Halloween or a party or something. I haven’t experienced any rude employees — they’ve always been relatively friendly.

The Prima Donna on Ditmars has the worst customer serve I have ever experienced in my life. I found a broken bracelet and I was trying to help them out by letting them know. After my sister and I were done shopping, the lady told us that we had to pay for the broken bracelet. I proceeded to tell them I did not brake it. The store employee tells me I didn’t need to give her attitude. My sister and I decided not to buy anything and leave because we could not believe that she was treating us the way she did. She tells me that I am going to get in trouble if I left. She was extremely rude and disrespectful. Never in my entire life have I ever been treated so poorly at a store I have spent money in. Teaching their employees how to represent their company will prevent loss of a lot of business. I would have paid for something if I had broken it. My sister and I were about to buy a lot of Christmas gifts from them but they loss our business forever.

This place is depressing! The workers are catty and their inventory is of very low quality, cheaply made (read: MADE IN CHINA or other cheap-​labor country) and very expensive, not to mention for what it’s worth. Go here only if you want anything you buy to fall apart (I had jewelry that completely broke or the jewels or buttons fell off within ONE DAY) and shoes that cut you open and fall apart within one wear! Thumbs down for poor customer service too.

This place was so cute! And right near Ditmars-​Astoria stop on the subway. Perfect! I got lots of cute costume jewelry pieces for folks at reasonable prices. I’d definitely go back!

Too often, stores that specialize in jewelery/​bags/​etc are either ridiculous cheap or expensive. Quality can be equally as hit or miss. However, this store offers both cheap items right along side much more expensive ones.
This store offers gloves, shoes, bags, luggage, jewelery, scarves and hats. You can get a cheap pair of faux diamonds for $ 4, or a Marc Ecko Red bag for $ 98.
The jewelery section is expansive, but runs in the metallics over color. Cold weather gear is out in force with a number of gloves, scarves and hats. Bags run toward the expensive run of the price range.
The staff is helpful and nice.
