T-Mobile

The T-​Mobile Website says this store is open until 8pm. I go there at 7:15 to get a new phone and they tell me I have to come back tomorrow because «the system locks at 7:10».
Really? the system locks 10 minutes after the hour. not on the hour? Or are they just too lazy to do any work in the last hour before closing? And if the «system locks at 7:10» why the FUCK is the store open until 8 if you can’t get anything there? Makes no sense.
Fucking Bullshit. Never again.

The workers here are just lazy and only want to do easy and simple transactions. Came in to upgrade my cracked iPhone I already had called tmobile and they said I was allowed to do it in store the woman by the door said it wasn’t possible and didn’t even bother trying to find information. Went to a different location was in and out in 10 minutes. Avoid this store let it close and hopefully a better business can open here.

I got scammed multiple times. They are not corporate T-​Mobile. Very sketchy place, suggest staying away from them.
I came to trade in my iphone 5s for an upgrade to 6s but got triple scammed.
1. The sales associate told me I was only eligible to get a promotion if I buy a case because the total amount had to be «higher than $ 700 to be eligible for financing». I knew it was a lie but I needed a case. I wanted the $ 99 one but he kept pushing for the $ 129.99 one. They told me for the promotion, I only need to pay $ 10 per month for 18 months.
2. Their printer was not working so they asked me to print the agreement at home and bring it back to store. I did as well because I wanted a new phone that day.
3. After I got the new phone, I asked the supervisor to change the SIM card twice but he said I don’t need to. When I got home, I realized I couldn’t get my contact restored from backup. I received an email at 7 pm from the sales associate telling me they forgot to swap the SIM card and I need to call customer service.
4. I felt very uncomfortable and called customer service that my experience was terrible. They told me the promotion was ended and I need to go back to retail store to check my actual promotion. I went back to a corporate retail store, they told me I will need to pay $ 15 per month, instead of $ 10…
What a sketchy place and shady people.

Awful ! Went there to get a new phone-​wanted a simple no frills phone, the manager Sayed got me a new phone that was more complicated than building a lunar space craft. I came back 2 days later with my wife to return the phone and he started getting all nasty with me. Got a refund and went around the block on 31St and got a phone there. I’m happy with the phone (almost a year later) and the people there are delightful. Seriously there’s at least 5 T Mobile stores within a 1 mile radius in this part of Queens. My recommendation: Avoid this store !

Much better than the T-​Mobile under the Ditmars train station. Great service, the manager accomplished in 5 minutes what the staff at other stores couldn’t in multiple visits. Much cleaner as well.
