This review is for the Chian Federation Ballroom. I recently attended a sweet 16 here and it was absolutly beautiful. There is so much potential for this ballroom. It is amazing what a little uplighting and some centerpieces can do to this ballroom. I would recommend a party here for sweet 16s, Quinceaneras, and small budget weddings. When asking to see the party room ask to see this one. They have 2 rooms one downstairs(resembles a community center) which is more for baby shower, graduation parties, kids under 13 birthday parties, bridal shower… stuff like that and I’d say comfortably it’ll sit 100 people with no dance floor and 50 – 70 if you want a dance space. Now for the ballroom it is for more specific celebrations. I would def say it’s for 150 – 200 with a dance floor space. Anything over 200ppl I wouldn’t recommend this place unless you do not need the dance floor area. Go see for yourself. Yes the rug can use some real cleaning but the tables are on it so it is not noticable at all. The wood floors are okay. DON’T BEAFRAIDTOASKFORTHERENTALPRICEOFTHEBALLROOM. It really isn’t expensive to be honest. The expenses come in when you have to pay for your own caterers or bring your own food, Dj, up-lighting, centerpieces… BTW The crystal chandelier is gorgeous. The bar area outside of the ballroom is a nice standup area for cocktail hour and I believe it’s an option to have open bar, cash bar, or you can have no bar.
