Can’t seem to get trash pick up… i did all the right things… signed up, got the bins delivered. put said bins out the night before…
Recycle did their part and emptied their bin.
Trash…not so much… called three times in two days. …still full of trash.
The girls at the desk give great phone… you really believe they are trying to do something… NOT!
Trash is still on the street… I’d call… but why?
I do have a trailer… should I take it to them?

Absolutely awful service, terrible customer service! WOW should stand for worst onerous waste service, just change to WOWS!

I was surprised to read the previous review as our experience with WOW over the last 10 years both in cannon beach and now arch cape has been exemplary.
Our routine garbage pickup has been without fail, drop box request timely and prompt and billing questions explained perfectly.
Must have been an off day for either the customer or WOW.

Too bad this is the only gargage service in town and I might add their service is garbage. Tried to call customer service three times Monday morning around 10:00 am only to have their voice mail tell me everything from «that we to overwhelmed with calls to they were closed, I mean get it together, just answer the dam phone and answer my one little question or put me on hold, anything is better than running me through that gauntlet of obnoxious prompts. When I finally reached a human being (I think it was anyway) and complained she or it just got real quiet and pretended like whats the big deal, yeah she or it was good must have lots of practice.
