AT&T is the local incumbent DSL provider for Atascadero. We’ve lived in this town for over 20 years now, and if your home or business isn’t located within a few blocks their main connection on Traffic Way, you won’t be eligible for home internet service, even within city limits! Despite many residents requesting that AT&T build out their wired services to compete with the ever-more-expensive Charter Cable, AT&T continues to only upgrade their wireless service, but continues to neglect the low-income and semi-rural residential customer bases of Atascadero. They have shamefully put profits over making this town connected for the 21st century. Even in the few places that you can get AT&T DSL, speeds are very low compared to Charter, and often come with hidden fees. Their deceptive business practices and poor network infrastructure are an utter embarrassment to this community.

This store provides the worst service ever. They do not stand behind their service to replace a malfunctioning phone. They are not personable or friendly. If you want good service, go somewhere else. Also, they are a privately owned company that just sells the product. Dont expect anything more. Wont go back for any reason. I will take the drive to Paso

Carrick was wonderful. He abides by the rules but makes every effort to fix our problems. The staff is very knowledgable and are just good people:)
