Nick, the manager, was moved to a different store. The woman who works the counter has a poor attitude and attempted to get $ 100 deposit from me when I tried to order phones for my new service even though I had already had Nick run a soft credit check and was told there was no deposit required. She walks into the back of the store when others are waiting to be served if her current co-worker is busy with another customer. I would like to give her credit for not losing her temper when a woman customer refused to move to the customer side of the counter and was being very rude, but without Nick, it’s not the same.

I don’t blame them for Verizon being kinda crappy. These people are nice, my only complaint is that they kinda are always busy cause they have 2 people and there are usually 2 – 3 people in there at all times. But they are 100 times better than the Verison stores in LA.

So excited to get a new phone, really happy with my purchase, but the saleswoman was really pushy when it came to insurance. I decided I didn’t need it and when talking about my upgrade plan she was like, «If you break it before two years, it’s covered by insurance. Which YOU didn’t get.» Like, I understand upselling. I work in food service. But I don’t shame customers if they opt not to add the coppa to their mozzarella sandwich. You offer the extra options and if I turn it down, move on. Don’t rub it in.

This is a very busy Verizon authorized dealer. Great customer service. They have been very helpful in taking care of issues I have had. If making a CASH Verizon payment they do charge a fee.
