Great place to rent… Very quiet. Beautiful landscaped grounds…

Bad Complex!
Tennants have property vandalized by people walking through.
Tennants have to deal with loud music and parties.
Tennants have to deal with loud kids and kids running out in front of your vehicle.
Tennants have to deal with dumpster divers going through their trash.
Tennants have to deal with trash littered over the complex.
Tennents have to deal with parking spot theifs (assigned parking) and double parkers.
Rental contract is broken by owners and managers.
Rent is jacked up every year.
Renters on the outer units have to pay extra because there are 2 extra windows.
Rental contract specifys you have access to the fscilities, that is when they are working.
Renters no longer will have access to pools as the owners are closing them.
The management team does not do a good job on background checks as tweekers, junkies, and other undesirables are moving in and out like a revolving door, worse than a pay by the hour hotel. The management team even let a RSO Registered Sex Offender move in some years ago. The RSO is now Gone, however the RSO was still allowed in a complex with 400 units, most of which have children.
Police are constantly in the complex at all hours.
I would give 0 stars if I could, however that is NOT possible. Stay away. For $ 1500 a Month in Atascadero, you can afford a house. These places are not even worth $ 1000. Hell, the pool is going to be closed indefinitely…
Stay Away for your own safety and peace of mind…

DO NOT MOVE HERE!!! Horrible and they raised the price of rent for no reason. No improvements have been made to the units, the employees in the office are rude and miserable to work with. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere for a place to live. If you move here you will regret it.

Apartments have glass shower doors that are moldy. Paint job on walls are horrible. Carpet is cheap and always comes out. Windows are old and thin. Electric stoves only. You can hear everything your neighbors are doing (i live downatairs) ! There are stray cats everywhere, bringing fleas onto your patio. Rules that are set for the complex are never fallowed.
