It was great living here, for the most part. I LOVE that they allow cats! But, you can hear every movement the upstairs neighbors do. Some paint job needs some work. Drainage should have been fixed before moved. Floor needs to be redone. But it’s also very comfortable. And feels safer than most places. And management is very helpful and fast/on time. The pool nor the hot tub were warm when we moved in. Though, that’s good for those warm days. A bit pricey. And it goes from a 3 month lease, to a month to month lease. Which is amazing.

We came here in April 2015 to see an apartment, Marcos was kind enough to show my boyfriend and I an apartment that day. He told us that there would be some people moving out soon, however there’s people ahead of us on the rental list. We filled out an application, knowing we’d be on a waiting list. Wrote him a check for the application fee($ 50). He told us he would contact us before processing the application, which he never did. I saw weeks later that check was processed, so I tried calling him to see if an apartment opened up. We’ve left several messages, even tried going there and he was nowhere to be found. I don’t recommend this place, if he can’t even return a phone call, imagine what he would do when your apartment needs service? ! Still. no call back. They just take your money.

I loved living here. The landscaping was beautiful, the manager and staff were so attentive and helpful. It was quiet, non-smoking, no crime, and a place I felt comfortable being all day with my baby while my husband was at work. It’s also close to a great park and not far from two others. I especially liked living here because it’s not a huge complex where you feel like a number. There are only 64 units and you feel part of a community.
