Cute clothes. Good prices and friendly helpful staff. The only disadvantage is that you can only get store credit on a return. That’s annoying.

The clothing is cute and trendy, but don’t dry them in the dryer! Styles does have the latest fashions. However, the customer service is awful. 3 teenage girls gossiping about personal life and customers waiting at the counter. No «I’ll be with you in a moment» or anything. The sales associate’s don’t ask to help and rudely ignore customers waiting to check out. I saw the sales girls look at the customers twice and then look the other way. Then they kept commenting on how horrible the store looked because of customers dropping things and not putting things back in the right place. I found it very out of line to complain about customers the way they did in front of other customers. Management needs to be in this store to keep these girls in line or hire more courteous and professional people.
