Not sure why, but bread soggy on sandwiches today. 2 different types of bread on pick 2 options, but same problem. Bread given instead of apple also. Have not had this issue in past at this location, so very concerned if this is a future trend.

A little bit on the expensive side, but definitely worth it. The food here is all natural and some organic. Always satisfied when we both eat here. Pastries are delicious.

Love Panera! Pricey, but worth it for«fast food.» Everything is fresh and they offer a great variety! It’s a place I love to go eat alone– peaceful.

Great salads. Real meats not processed! Sign up for rewards and get great discounts! Never had anything bad. I order on line and pay. It’s always correct and on time. Customer service is good too. Made a mistake ordering on line and called. Did not think it would really be corrected but to my surprise it was.

The salads are oh so fresh and eating here is a breath of fresh air compared to the other usual unhealthy options out there. Can’t wait to explore the menu.

Great pastries, breakfast soufles, bagels and mac-n-cheese! Service is always good! The hubby doesn’t like the crousant breakfast sandwich because they cook it like a panini and make it flat. But, I love the breakfast here! Just not much for a meat and potatoes kind of man. Also like the turkey bacon bravo sandwich!

This is a clean and very busy location. Good thing is, they are fast! Line was outside the door, but they took our orders swiftly and our food was ready moments later. The turkey sandwich I had was like having a turkey sandwich after Thanksgiving; thick sliced right off the breast! Awesomeness!

I love Panera! I come here often for breakfast(I normally order the egg and cheese on ciabatta bread) or when I’m craving a healthier lunch(½ soup and ½ salad).

Great original sandwiches and pastry selection. Coffee is a B-, but overall good value. Service varies, sometimes really good, sometimes you have to chase down your food.

The worst Panera I have been to. Portions are skimpy, food sloppy in presentation, and they seem to really be getting cheap on quality, such as with the knock off generic baked lays they now provide. Last time we were there we got our money back and walked out. Other Paneras seem to have better presentation but are still cheap on portions. Going to stick with Corner Bakery.

I like this panera bread location the employees here are very friendly. I arrived at 8:20 am. They greeted me and when I asked for nutrient info they nicely provide me with their binder. No dirty looks or stares. Today I just stopped by for breakfast so I don’t go grocery shopping for the week hungry. I ordered a soufflé. I waited for mine to come out fresh since the one I wanted just ran out.

This is the worst Panera Bread I have ever been to. There was only one person taking orders at the front, but saw many people behind the counter talking and laughing with each other. The line was practically out the door, and this is just not acceptable in my book. Once we did order the lady was rude when I asked if they still had the Turkey Artichoke panini. She responded if it wasn’t on the menu they don’t make it anymore. Wow. I’m sorry did you have a bad day??? Anyway, after we ordered we were looking for a place to sit. The whole place was dirty with trash and crumbs all over the floor, table, and seats. Disgusting. The food wasn’t much better either. I ordered the Smoked turkey panini with the broccoli cheddar soup and my fiancé had the grilled cheese with tomato soup. Neither of us were satisfied with our meals. Both of which were not hot. Such a disappointment Panera.

Was looking for a place for a lunch date with my little one and this place was recommended by many. Of course I’ve been a while back but didn’t realize just how good it was. Eugenia was so sweet to give recommendations and was really patient while we looked over the whole menu before we FINALLY ordered. Thanks Eugenia, it was all perfect! Excellent customer service :) My little one totally LOVED their mac-n-cheese bowl with yogurt and a fruit smoothie. I LOVED her smoothie too! I really enjoyed my chicken salad sandwich on wheat. She also devoured the red velvet cupcake! She was nice to share just a bite :) We got there just before the linch rush so it was perfect and we had a quiet table in a corner so it was even better. We will be back soon for sure. Keep up the great service! #food_gypsy

I only come at dinner and have enjoyed everything I have eaten here. It is a nice casual environment. They generally get your food to you pretty quick after ordering. They have early adopted putting the calories on the menu so if you are counting it is very easy to track.

I like Panera but, this morning the noise from the kitchen chatter was unbelievable. Do they know what a turn off that is to the people enjoying their breakfast or trying to work for a while. Makes me reconsider coming here. A McDonalds or Denny’s is quieter.

I really want to give this place higher marks, but I can’t. I like bread, especially nice, fresh bread. Panera does that pretty well, despite being a chain. What this particular location does not do well is service. I’m not sure if it’s because of their particular staff and management or the chain’s management model, but every time we have gone here, there has been an issue. Several times, it has been busy and the place only has one person at the register taking orders. Some times we have stayed and waited, and waited, and waited, and finally ordered. Other times, we have waited, seen how slowly things were moving, and walked out. Sometimes, it’s not busy and we get or order in and sit down. That’s nice. Then, the other problems set in, such as someone coming out to tell us that the thing we ordered is out, or that we will need to wait 20 minutes for something to be finished cooking, or that there was a problem with the order, now what did we have?. Ugh. The food is OK with the sandwiches being the high point. Soups have that«I was made at a central location, put into a big bag and shipped to this location» taste. With a husband having worked in the restaurant biz, I have learned how to spot pre-made food. I do like the breads themselves, and the pastries and muffins. I really like the Everything bagel. It gives you garlic breath, but that’s an aphrodisiac, right? The atmosphere in the place is pretty blah, but what can you expect, given the parent company? The wifi is nice, in case you have your mobile device or e-reader and need to get a link to the net. Since people with families come here, the kids have a field day with the bread and food and the place does not always get cleaned up well after the little darlings finish having a food fight.*irk* Also, since there are families there with smaller children on a regular basis, quiet is not something you will get, even on the patio. I wish Panera could get their act together. I would eat there more often, or just drop by for bagels on the way to work, but given the long wait times, I’d probably have to attend my earlier meetings by phone, standing in line.

This is the only Panera Bread location I’ve ever been to, but they do a good job here. Outside seating is a plus on a nice day. They offer free wifi but it’s been my experience it’s painfully slow and you’re better off with an iphone instead of your laptop… I really like the Greek Salad and all the soups I’ve tried have been tasty. Sandwich wise I’m a fan of the chicken cuban panini. For some reason every time I order to-go at this location they seem to screw something up — but my dine in experience has been problem free.
