Very disappointed. I have ordered from here alot of times before and never had any issue. Today was the first time they made an honest mistake and sent me a pasta bread instead of a pasta bowl. When I nicely called the store and they transfered me to the manager, I tried to explain I can’t bite the bread due to tooth pain, the manager cut me off, spoke very loud and rudely and didn’t want to hear me. He said he would send another. That I would get it in 1 hour. I said, that’s a long time… and he said. «Ok, I’ll just give you the credit back than». What? I cannot believe a manager would have the desency to speak this way. So much for leading by example. I don’t want the credit back!!! I want someone that has a decent customer service to treat me like a valued customer and not disrespect me. I am very disappointed at this interaction and not happy at all.
