Fabios Pizza

Me and my girlfriend eat here often. We come here a couple times a week for lunch. Fabio is always nice and not only to me but every one I see step foot into his establishment. No matter what we oder the food is always tasty and hot. If your last visit was with the old owner when it was pizza town, do yourself a favor and try it now. Much improved!

Monday $ 5.00 cheese steak and soda special. In little writing says take out only!!! Really I can see why place not busy. I made the mistake of eating in, WOW no AC ceiling fans only. Checked out temp with temp app. 91 degrees

I am extremely disappointed with this establishment. I ordered delivery and provided my credit card. The card number and expiration was read back to me. Upon delivery they asked for payment at which time we advised we paid by credit card. Fabio advised the driver they did not have a card number, nor did he check to see if a charge was listed for the amt of my order. He basically advised we were not truthful. This was an insult. Payment was expected and luckily I had enough cash on hand. After payment was made we returned to our order and found a portion of the order was inaccurate. I ordered the Chicken Italiano dinner and received the sandwich why by the way was overcooked and not tasty.
I contacted Fabio to discuss the issue. He advised me he is training the person who answered and took our order so he would know if we provided a credit card for payment. He did advise if the card was charged he would refund it to me but may no effort to take any further action. He said they put the card # into their system immediately so I asked him to check the details. Interestingly in 30 seconds he was able to advise me that there were no charges for a specific amt although the amt quoted was incorrect. In another 10 seconds he was able to advise there were no charges for my amt. Having a retail background I know it takes longer to print the report than that amt of time and I did not hear it print but could hear everything else happening.
Never before have I encountered an owner who made no effort to resolve an issue, apologize for the inconvenience and make every effort to resolve the issue together! Even when I spoke with him there was nothing but excuses. I will be the first to understand honest mistakes and errors but this is over the top. It is clear there is no value in the customer relationship with this owner. I am frustrated to think I have been supporting them for quite some time. I will take all of my business down the street to Gallery. When they made an error they rectified it immediately, apologized and made sure I knew they wanted my business.

Best pizza in town! Sandwiches are big and filling.
Prices a little high, but food is worth it.

The worst!
They say home of the famous Boardwalk pizza and I say the home of the worst pizza ever. The good reviews have to be written by employees. The sauce on the boardwalk pizza was so acidic it gave us canker sores and the tomato pie tasted like it came from a bowling alley. Given the choice between Fabios or Ellios the choice would be simple.
This was probably the worst pizza We’ve ever had.

When we moved to Atco we tried all the pizza places in the area. This place is the BEST. The pizza is fantastic, but the pasta dishes are AWESOME. I also had an Italian hoagie. A+ on the hoagie, my hands were not dripping from oil and vinegar. The staff is super nice and after the first call they have all of your info right there when you call back, including delivery notes.

This is MUST every time I come home to visit South Jersey.

While at my boyfriend’s this weekend, we ordered some takeout from here. My bf and his dad were all about getting Buffalo chicken pizza, his mom wanted a white pizza and I wanted a grilled chicken salad.
When we picked up the food, the cashier let us use some of the discounts that they offer on their menu (a $ 1.00 off a salad, free topping on a pizza, etc)
Verdict — My bf and his dad liked their pizza more then gallery’s but not as much as Lil’ Dom’s on Atco Ave (which I’m“m not even sure is open any more)
His mom thought her white pizza was so-​so. (I must mention that we ordered her a personal pizza, and it was gigantic, only a little smaller then their specialty pizza size, easily feeds 2 people.)
My salad was huge. And had everything on it including a chopped up bread stick. My favorite part was the chunks of fresh motzella which was a pleasant surprise. I got the raspberry vinaigrette which was tasty too and automatically comes on the side. Yay.
