Dunkin’ Donuts

I go daily because it’s right around the corner. However since the new management took over a few years ago it has gone down hill. Workers change every week, service is slow and just ordering coffee sometimes you are asked to pull around and they will bring it out. Seriously a cup of coffee and I have to wait 10 minutes! One day I went inside and the poor girl was so frazzled that they were so busy and only her and another girl working the drive thru she was crying. I felt so bad. We waited over 30 minutes that day inside and there was only one person in front of us.
Coffee is good, when they get your order right. Forget about ordering any breakfast sandwiches just microwaved and rubbery. Coffee and donuts are okay :)

I wondered what it was about this Dunkin Donuts that I didn’t like, and then I read the reviews, especially the one by Paul R — YES, I get it now! I always feel rushed when placing my order in the morning. The person who usually takes the order is young and pushy and from the moment he opens his mouth he’s obviously trying to bully you into ordering as fast as you possibly can. Maybe they let him have too much free coffee? Maybe he’s getting a commission on how many people he can push through the drive-​through? I don’t know but it’s always unpleasant. For the past few months, when I stop there I am always forced to pay for my food or drink and then pull around and wait for someone to bring it out. Every time! That just makes me feel like a number.

Worst dunkin donuts ever, never get drinks right. People who work here are usually pretty rude, when i go back and ask to redo my drink. Just save yourself the effort and go to the berlin dunkin donuts.

Manager is very rude. Every time he rushes you at the drive thru screen. Every morning I go he is on the mic and expects everyone to be dunkin donuts experts.
This morning I explained that I wanted a chocolate donut with the clear frosted on it. He said OK chocolate glazed. I drive around and it is a regular donut with chocolate icing. I explained to the woman what donut I wanted and she knew right away and handed it to manager. He told me with a big attitude that I ordered a chocolate glazed. I told him no, I explained what I wanted.
He tells me «no you didnt you ordered a chocolate glazed and that is what you got.»
Customer service got a phone call this morning.

Place is clean. Workers quick, don’t mess around,
