Crappy company, terrible customer services, no reason for you to continue, just go somewhere else! We had multiple bad experiences with this development company. Did Not Get What We Paid For: We paid BCS Engineering the amount they requested to make an API change to our business e-Commerce store. Though we paid in advance, the work was never completed. The excuse given was that they could not figure it out and that they would not provide a refund or assist in ensuring what was paid for was completed. HIGH $$$ Hosting: Very high costs in hosting were paid to park our store during maintenance. BCS Engineering removed components to our database and cause much rework during website migration to a new Datacenter. Billing 1 Month In Advance: Our website was shut-off many times by BCS causing unnecessary service interruptions. BCS requires 1 month’s advance payment for hosting. If you don’t pay, your website is turned off and your mailbox filled with notes from someone named«Lori». No company should go through service disruptions or this type of hassle. BCS Engineering has a very different model. Other companies you work with will give you what you pay for.
BOTTOMLINE: BCS Engineering believes that charging the customers in advance secures their best interests, but will not reimburse you if they cannot figure out the work. You should expect LOTS of disruptions to your hosted website if you use their hosting. Their service is slow and unreliable.
