Georgia Square Value Cinemas 5

I am a member of Georgia Theater Company’s rewards program. This is a Georgia Theater Company theater. They refused to honor the rewards that they have listed in writing in their lobby as well as on their website. I called their customer-​no-​service number several days ago. Of coure, I got no response. Also, sent an email via their website. You guessed it, no response.
If the theater staff has no integrity over a few dollars, then they have no integrity over anything else. I asked to see a manager, of course he was a gutless wonder, too. He never came out of hiding. No real explanation and no apology was ever given.
Oh and, if you want to sit amongst stinky, moldy «towels» draped over the backs of seats, then this is the place for you.
What if McDonald’s advertised coffee $ 1 all day, everyday and when you went to get a coffee they said that will be $ 3.00. And if you asked to speak to a manager they never came out to see you. Would you ever give them your business again? I wouldn’t and I never will.

My father in law and I went to Georgia Square Value Cinemas 5 (3710 Atlanta Hwy, Athens, GA 30 606). While there, the two young teenagers behind us were making various noises, but nothing too loud. When I got up to go the bathroom I saw her hand down his pants. I said something to management and they did nothing. About 20 minutes later I got up again and it was reversed, his hand down her pants and him kissing her chest. I said something again to management and, again (no surprise) they did nothing.
Finally, as they began getting louder I stood up and said something to them myself asking them to stop, leave, be quiet, etc. Probably the most awkward situation I have ever been in.
I will not be going back.
