Let me say that the service and management were very efficient and friendly. The appetizer cheese fries were very good and the high point of the meal. The nachos were average and toppings were kinda scarce. I didn’t like the sweet BBQ sauce too much either. My son got the lemon pepper boneless wings and the chicken was cooked perfect and juicy but were very salty which made them hard to eat. My wife had tried the Buffalo chicken mac and cheese that she had tried there the last time we visited. It wasn’t on the menu anymore but they agreed to make it. She didn’t enjoy it as much as the last time. Maybe it was an off night but when you spend your hard earned money you hope for a better experience. Please pay more attention to detail and you will earn and keep your customers.

Pretty good. Task chill atmosphere. It was a bit pricey but the food want bad so I want mad. Big plate of pasta. The brisket was good as well. Nice waitresses. I’d definitely come back. Oh and the bread they give you at start was good also.

Michaels Casual Dining has moved to 925 Congress Parkway North.

I haven’t tried everything on the menu but what u have had has been good so far. I’ve been told they have great ribs that are smoked in house… I usually only go at lunch time so I’m not really interested in eating anything that heavy.
The burgers are good and they have decent sized portions in all the different dishes I’ve tried. The pizza on the app menu had a very strange spinach cheese coating… not great… pass on that app.

I had the pulled pork s andwhich. It was served open face with the sauce on the side. It was served with a large side of seasoned plank fries that were very good. I loved the bb sauce. It was sweet and tangy. Not heavy with vinegar.
Terry had the chef salad. Oh my. What a large salad. Lots of ham and tomatoes. The honey vinegar sauce was very good too. He said he couldn’t make it to the clean plate club.
Prices were reasonable. Restaurant is clean and atmosphere good. Music was in background and from the 80’s.
Easy to find, near Lowe’s.

Usually very solid, but today was the exception to the rule. Slow time of the day, so no excuse for poor service. Server was unattentive and didn’t check on me or my food till after I was finished. Brisket that is normally outstanding was too fatty to be served. Baked beans are a good choice for a side. I expect more from Michaels and they should expect more from themselves.
