These guys are phenomenal! I dropped by the store to pick up a new power cord for my not so good laptop. They offered to order a new cord for me but warned me that replacement cords were pricey. I explained that I needed to replace the unit soon and didn’t want to invest any more $$ into it. Chris offered to find a cord in the back that might work until I decided what to do. This extra effort and consideration lead to my purchasing a new laptop from them. Jason Adams is the most patient person and has provided outstanding service. Thanks guys!
