Quality Glass

Worst service imaginable. I had to go in a total of 8 times just to get one order done…
I was trying to get a few pieces of glass cut to put around the sides of a coffee table I had. I didn’t want to drive too far but did want to shop around a bit. I was initially quoted $ 70 for the 6 pieces of glass I needed. Great! I decided to go with them.
4 of these pieces cut were going to be 2 sliding doors (like a cabinet in a doctors office). I asked if they sold track too, and they did. Perfect! I tried to place an order but the woman couldn’t seem to understand. She demanded a height measurement, which I had. Just to make her happy I had to go home, remeasure the table, and call her back with the measurement I already had given her… I should have just stopped here. I went in to pay for my order and the bill was $ 170. I knew $ 70 was too low and it seemed like the roller track was nicer than what I really wanted, but I still found $ 170 acceptable and went ahead with the order. A bit of an upgrade wouldn’t hurt anyway.
I came back the next week to pick it up. There was no order for me, although I had a bill and my card had been charged. The woman never placed the work order. They apologized and placed a rush order.
I FINALLY got my order and there was only 1 sliding door, not 2 like I explained several times. Now I had 3 sides to the table, not 4. I couldn’t go to someone else at this point because the second door wouldn’t match. I ended up having to shell out another $ 100 dollars to get my second door.
All in all what was quotes $ 70 and 2 weeks tops ended up being $ 270 and over a month of going back and forth. These people hire idiots (well it was really only one idiot that was a problem for me). Now I have to drive to Atlanta for all my glass cutting needs. I really wanted to love you Quality glass.
