My mother often frequents the drive through due to the fact that she is handicapped. This last visit, she was told to pull around before she was finished ordering. She informed the cashier that she was not finished. Her order was taken separately and she had to pay twice for what should have been a single ticket. Next, they only gave half the order. Finally, she received what seemed to be the order only to find out that the sandwiches were made incorrectly. To make things worse one sandwich only had fillings on one-half of it. We have enjoyed the Subway product in the past, but to say this experience was disappointing is an understatement.

I visit this place often. I get different service every time, none are positive. They have a drive thru that’s nice, however I visited there yesterday and was turned away because the credit card machine broke. I sat in the parking lot watching guests go in and then exit. Immediately. It’s terrible when there is no backup plan. I find the staff rude and pushy. Not impressed with management.

Subway restaurants are usually a solid, dependable choice for a picnic lunch to go, and this one is no exception. The bread and sandwich ingredients were all fresh, the restaurant was very clean, the sandwich station was clean and well organized(always a good sign at a sandwich shop), and the woman who made our sandwich was smiling and friendly. This Subway has a drive-through, something I rarely see in Subways.
