These guys were AMAZING! We were downsizing from a 4,000 square foot Victorian style home we have lived in for over thirty years so they had their work cut out for them and handled it beautifully. They took the time to handle all of our furniture with great care and were very thorough overall. We had a lot of family members helping us with odds and ends (11 overall) and they were very kind & polite working around us. There were delays they did not cause or could help & they stayed until the job was done at 11 pm. Their attitude was superb.

Husband called last week to set a appointment today. Put a deposit down on the phone and even gave us estimated time they will be at our house. They did not show up. Called the company spoke to the same woman and she said she had nothing schedule for today and that she could not help us. Will never ever use two men in a truck ever ever!!!

I called well over a week ago to get an estimate for moving in a month and was told I would hear back that same day or the next. I have called back two more times to follow up because I have still not heard anything. The person on the phone sounds clueless as to why that is. SO frustrating. It is starting to seem like I should move on to hopefully greener pastures in the moving co.

Filled out an online form, then followed up with four phone calls to confirm. Each time I called I was told I would be sent an estimate that same day. A week has gone by and I still haven’t received any communication from this company.
If they can’t handle simple scheduling, I don’t think I want them moving my belongings.

I have had the most horrible experience with this company. I insisted that they come out to give an on site estimate to avoid any surprises. Despite this, their final bill was over 30% of their «maximum estimate». They broke several pieces of furniture. One of which had previously survived a move across the country intact. They hooked up my washing machine and dryer incorrectly. I had to pay to have someone come out to hook them up. THe repair man said if I had continued using the dryer they way they hooked it up it would have overheated and possibly cause a fire. To top it off, they are rude. Their staff lies. The owner is not much better in terms of customer service. Their service is so poor I gave up on talking to them and just decided to speak with the corporate office. I would not recommend them under any circumstance.
