OrthoWorks Invisalign and Braces

this is a long overdue review for this office, but very much worthy of a perfect 5-​star review.
i’ve been a patient of dr. shen’s for a couple of years now, but i only started going to this office when i moved to rwc since it’s about a mile from home. how much closer can you get than a mile???
dr. shen is simply wonderful, not only an extremely skilled orthodontist, but one who has a passion for his work and life b/​c we usually end up chatting about other things during my appointments! since i started coming to this location, he has recommended for me a lower hawley retainer which has become a better solution than my previous lower bonded retainer b/​c i kept breaking my fixed retained (due to the nature of my bite). the retainer i now have is removable, so it’s easier to brush and floss and i only wear it at night so it doesn’t affect my activities during the daytime.
all of the staff at orthoworks are very friendly and knowledgeable. i think i’ve dealt with monique the most, and i still recall when she gave me my first financial statement, i picked apart her brain and asked what every line item meant — and she answered every question with ease! she is usually the one who schedules my appointments and calls me for appointment reminders which i greatly appreciate.
this office complex has it’s own dedicated parking underground, or you can park on the street, if you find a space, but parking underground is nice b/​c your car stays cool on a warm day!
great orthodontist, great staff, and great location. what more can you ask for?
