They delivered exactly what they promised. I shipped 12 large boxes across country, and they arrived two days early. One of the boxes was banged up pretty badly, but there was no damage to ANYTHING, and the couriers were very courteous on both ends (pick up and delivery). It was a great bargain compared to what I would have paid with a moving or freight company, or with USPS or FEDEX. I would use this company again.

1800 Courtier/​Box on a Bus are despicable companies. Never use their shipping services; my boxes were broken into and valuables stolen. Another item was smashed to pieces. I submitted a claim and it was denied because they said they weren’t given permission to inspect my property. This is a complete lie. Both establishments are exhibiting unethical business practices and taking no responsibility at all for how my valuables we’re treated by their employees. Spread the word — avoid 1800 Courier at all costs. I would have saved money if I just threw all my belongings in the trash instead of paying to ship them from LA to Boston with this sketchy, unethical company.
