Bought my first home in Atlanta and I couldn’t have asked for a better agent. Adam went above and beyond the call of duty to find me my first home. He has incredible knowledge of the current market and was able to check out listings for me himself when I wasn’t able to! Always answering/​returning emails and calls within minutes. When I was outbid on the first home I set my eyes on, Adam did everything he could to make the offer competitive. He even attempted to deliver the earnest money in person to give it that much more of an edge! If there was a way to give him 6 stars, I would do it in a heartbeat. Hands down best agent in Atlanta. Knowing that Adam specializes in luxury properties and has a proven track record (I did my homework), I expected nothing less than the best. The speed at which he worked, the hand holding and «bedside manner» if you will, was outstanding! Buying my first SFH while spending upwards of 3 million dollars after coming from a $ 700,000 condo was very scary with much more to worry about than your typical high-​rise condo. Many things to consider when buying a home this size.
Adam was present for all inspections, appraisals (there were 3) and even was able to help me sell my current condo in just 6 days for $ 50,000 over asking! The experience was exhilarating, and I’m happily living in my new home with fantastic neighbors and lot’s of trees with a huge yard for my dogs. The home I always dreamed of. Adam also had a wonderful house warming present waiting on me when I walked through the door for the first time that I still cherish to this day.

Adam helped us find the perfect house in Virginia-​Highland, an intown/​historic area of Atlanta, in August 2009. He listened to our needs and wants, came well prepared with information about each house, an efficient route planned out, and versed in the pluses and minuses of each property. We were quickly able to find what we wanted and at the right price, even though back then it was still a difficult market in Atlanta — prices hadn’t entirely corrected themselves yet. I haven’t mentioned his Southern charm and endless supply of patience! Highly recommend.
