Had my first appointment with Dr. Rodriguez today and it was an awesome experience. The front desk is friendly and accommodating, the hygienist (Sheronia) was excellent, very thorough, professional and knowledgeable. This office does not hammer you with the «hard sell» of unnecessary services, which I have found prevalent in other practices here in Atlanta. After 3 other dentists in the past 7 years, I think I’m here to stay. Thank you!

I had a real mixed experience here so this was a very tough review to write. On one hand, Dr. Rodriguez and his medical staff are experienced, capable and personal. I wish him only the very best and can’t rate his work highly enough. He explains his procedures, explains options and is attentive to the needs and experience of his patients. I would strongly recommend him as a medical professional to anyone looking for a dentist.
The office staff proved to be another matter altogether. I was misinformed about the cost of the procedure and the portion that would be covered by insurance. As a result, I got a very nasty surprise on my debit/​bank statement a week later. When I inquired, they explained that they normally explain the charges but must have neglected to do so this time. To make matter worse, this office charges almost double what the same procedure would have cost at most other area practitioners I later inquired about. Very unhappy, and I recommend anyone that uses this dentist office, watch their billing/​statements VERY closely in case you get a «whoops, sorry» too.
