I LOVE Barre3. The management is first class. They always are welcoming and willing to help especially with beginners. I highly recommend Barre3 South Buckhead… and Jessica is my favorite instructor.

Came here for the first time yesterday and it did not disappoint!
I brought my sticky socks but didn’t wear them because most people were barefoot or wore a different kind of sock with a strap thing.
Warm up: Yoga and ballet moves. I love yoga so this was a welcome surprise.
Exercise: Fun movements with the weights. Bigger motions than Pure Barre has you do but Barre3 also does the moving up/​down an inch as well.
Killer segment with the band resistance on your foot while you’re in plank. Totally killed my glutes and my brain was screaming, «NOOO. Too hard!!!»
I also love the ab segment here better than pure barre’s, which often leaves me feeling like I didn’t work out my abs at all. It does a better job in my opinion.
Overall, super friendly studio that will now take the place of my Pink Barre rotation schedule because it’s much closer to my house! I hate driving to Pink Barre on the trafficky part of Buckhead. So happy I found this place!

A friend of mine raved about barre classes so had to come and try it out for myself. I signed up for the new member special (3 classes for $ 30). It can get a little crowded, but make sure you sign up for the class beforehand since it has limited spots. Jessica was my instructor and she was wonderful — seriously, #bodygoals. I didn’t think I would come out of that class with a workout, but to my surprise you are getting a pretty good core workout along with stretching and I was sweating. The facility is clean and so is their equipment — i saw them cleaning everything before the class. Also the music is awesome! Does anyone know their spotify playlist?

I had one of the best workouts I’ve had in a long time today right here! They have a lot of different times to choose from so if you are a really busy person like me, it’s nice to have options. I went to the 12:15 PM class and it was amazing! The instructor was attentive, positive, gave different options so you go at your own pace and level. I’ll be going again! Did I mention I swear my butt off!!! :-) felt good. Prob gonna be sore tomorrow but it’s worth it! Beyoncé booty on its way!!! Lol

This is my favorite workout class! All of the instructors are genuinely welcoming and friendly. They will always give different options for your body and make the class accessible as well as challenging. I always leave the class more energized and happier.

I have heard so many good things about this workout, and I opted to give it a try! Besides almost passing out from dehydration, this was definitely a great workout! The staff was great! If it is your first time at the studio they made you fill out a release form as well as gave you a tour of the facilities (so arrive about 10 minutes early)!The workout was a mix between yoga and ballet! It was low intensity like yoga, but the movements are very much like ballet. Tip: Take advantage of the free instructor in training classes a couple times a month! If you are a new member and it is your first time you can also purchase the three classes for $ 30 deal! If the locations are not convenient to you they offer online classes for your convenience!

Amazing instructors that really care about you and your strengths and techniques. Best place to start my weekends off with Barre3 shakes!

I can’t say enough good things about Barre3!
It is the friendliest, most welcoming exercise studio I have ever been to.
I have an injury and it is very hard to find a challenging workout that is kind enough to my joints. At Barre3, not only will the instructors modify the exercises to fit your needs, but they’ll check up on you throughout the class and make sure everything feels right. The instructors genuinely care, and it shows.
I also love the wide range of class times (everything from 6am to 8:30pm classes!) and the flexibility in cancelling classes up to 1 hour before. With an ever-​changing schedule, this is a HUGE plus to the young working professional crowd.
Barre3 is an amazing community to be part of, and an amazing asset to the community. Keep up the great work Katie and team!

Ok, after my 3 intros… I bought the one-​month unlimited intro. I’m hooked. Great workout… challenging, but not intimidating… but most of all, the nicest, most encouraging, sweet, supportive instructors I’ve had at any gym/​studio in Atlanta. Katie, Jessica, Calla, Meredith… all awesome. I only might regret these rave reviews because getting into class might be harder!

I forgot to mention two very important bonuses for Barre3:
1. Childcare! Yes, they realize that most of their clients are women and therefore childcare may be helpful for some.
2. Price– Their unlimited package is $ 100 less per month than other barre studios I’ve found.

Barre3 «where ballet barre meets yoga and pilates®» or as I like to call it, my home away from home. Barre3, created by the astounding Sadie Lincoln, offers a unique combination of the grace and beauty of the ballet barre, the mind body connection of yoga and the strength and lengthening of pilates. Match this with an energizing music play list and the encouragement of both knowledgeable and amazingly talented instructors and you’ve got the perfect total body workout packed into a quick 60 minutes. I always leave the studio feeling energized and strong even after my hardest or longest day. No matter what physical challenge someone might have (Lord knows… I’ve got some health issues that can get in the way), there are so many modification or «layers» that can be found in each of the movements. The Barre3 Atlanta South Buckhead studio is owned by an amazing couple, Katie Schrier and John Thomas. From the minute you step in the front door (complete with a cheery Barre3 welcome mat and water bowl for all of the bubbies), you are always greeted by a warm smile and cheerful hello. The entire staff, from the front desk to all of the incredibly talented instructors, help to ensure that you aren’t just coming into a building to workout but rather entering into a «home» where you feel that you are a part of unique community. I would HIGHLY recommend this studio to anyone who wants a challenging and effective workout in a positive and supportive environment!!! I have been taking classes at Barre3 — South Buckhead since it opened in March. I enjoy the challenging workouts. Barre3 is part yoga, part pilates and part ballet barre. Even if I am tired when I get to class, I leave energized. The instructors are always willing to offer modifications and/​or help make sure you feel comfortable in the current position. The staff has become like family, they are as happy when I meet a fitness goal as I am. The positive changes I have seen in my body keep me coming back for more.
