DEFINE body & mind

Love Define! I am so glad I stumbled across the this studio on ClassPass. Rev (spin class) is beat-​based and super fun yet challenging. The instructor will give you a general idea of how much resistance to put on, but it’s not like FlyWheel where you are aiming for a certain number. No TorqBoards or anything like that either. Just trying to keep rhythm while doing push-​ups, tap-​backs, isolations, etc. on the bike. Alice is a fantastic instructor. Her energy is on point even at 5:45 AM.
I did try the Body class (which is essentially a barre class), and I was not super impressed. Not nearly as challenging as Rev and other barre classes I frequent.
There are 2 private showers which are also changing rooms. I say this because if the studio gains more clientele soon, that could be a problem for us early birds to get ready at the studio prior to work.
Overall, great studio! Looking forward to trying the Mind (hammock, yoga-​ish) class soon!

I have fallen in love with this place!
I found their classes through ClassPass and ended up trying Body and Revolution. I really enjoyed both of them!
Body is a barre class that I find to be especially challenging, and I’ve tried almost all of the barre studios in Atlanta. I definitely felt the burn the next day! (It’s a good thing!!) It’s also a clean, spacious studio with plenty of room to move around in. The blue mats pop against the raw floor, and I’m a big fan of how aesthetically pleasing this place is all around.
But, I have to say, Rev has truly won my heart. So much so, that I actually bought classes because 3 a month with ClassPass just wasn’t enough. I literally craved the workout the day after my first Revolution class. Rev is spin but with a twist, with lots of tap backs, push ups, and energy. Both rev instructors gave excellent instruction, and both had an incredible energy (especially for 6 am) that amped you up and inspired you to keep pushing. Even when I schlep in feeling funky and sleepy, by the end of class I am ready to rock out my day. You do need to pay $ 3 to rent shoes, which kind of sucks because other places give them to you for free, but the workout is so good I don’t even mind. I may just buy my own pair at some point.
I have not yet tried the Mind class, but can’t wait! I have heard nothing but nice things about it.
There is free parking in the back. If there is an attendant, just tell him you are there for DEFINE and he’ll let you park for free.
The showers are in your own private bathroom, and there are Malin+Goetz products (THE BEST!) so getting ready in the morning is much easier than in a huge communal shower area.
There are lockers, so your things are safe, and there is a very tempting retail section with Onzie, Alo, etc.
All in all, I HIGHLY recommend DEFINE! Go, go, go! :)

Have only taken two classes here but seems like a great spot. Came for Revolution (spin) and the Hammock class the day after Christmas (light on attendance). The spin class is SoulCycle style which is fun and heart pumping. I go to Flywheel ~6 days/​week in Seattle and like the more consistent ride and output of the Torq pack for my daily workout, but really enjoy the variety of the fun danc-​y class too. Push-​ups on the bike and tap backs etc. Note you can’t reserve a specific bike and shoes cost $ 3 to rent.
The hammock class is NOT a workout but a great stretch and relax session. We spent a lot of time rolling out our leg and glute muscles on the medicine ball which was awesome — I’m always super tight but never make the time for it. The hammock inversions were so fun — hanging upside down and swinging was very freeing.
Can’t comment on any complexities like crowded classes, monthly billing etc so consider this directional only but certainly reco giving Define a try. Free parking in the lot behind on Palisades.

Love their spin classes BUT their Mind/​Hammock class is incredible! They need to offer this class every night around 7:30 or 8. Ahhhh ohhhh Lurv!

I love this studio! I came here for the first time a couple of weeks ago and I enjoyed everything about it. There is a parking lot in the back, so you don’t have to look for street parking. The studio itself is very clean and sleek. There are lockers where you can store your belongings during class.
I took the ‘mind’ class with hammocks, and what’s not to love about hanging upside down in hammocks? All of the instructors are fabulous and are so incredibly friendly and welcoming. The class was a combination of aerial silks, yoga, and TRX. It was a great full body workout. Don’t forget to bring sticky socks for this class!
