I have been driving by this Burger King for over 20 years! Id never stopped. Well I had the coupons the post office brings every few months for 2 Bacon Cheeseburgers, fries, and drink for $ 4.00, so I went. I had the order to eat there. I looked at the burgers and they sure looked small, but hey I didnt pay that much for them. While waiting in line and deciding what coupon to tear off this big page though I had had plenty of time to look at these pictures, and when I opened up those burgers they didnt look ANYTHING at all like the pictures. Yeah that happens! Then I notice, wheres the bacon? You can see lots of it in the picture but there didnt appear to be any here! I pulled it all apart, NOBACONATALL! I checked the wrappers and yes it said BACONCHEESEBURGER. My guess when looking at the picture there must be an inch or inch and ¼ of lettuce bacon cheese pickles etc, but in reality its a burger a hint of cheese and just one pickle slice. Nothing more. The bread is touching the bread, no space at all between the buns pieces like you see in the pic. Since there is 2 I looked at the other, seemed to be the same thing and then I pick up the small pickle slice and a postage stamp piece of thin almost see through bacon was there. Less than a square inch! Im normally not one to complain and carry food back, but I did go up and show them. It was busy and the guy delivering ordered just had a blank stare. I said your kitchen is failing bad, pointed out NO bacon on one and a one inch piece if that on the other, and left. Not worth getting into any more about it there. This is just terrible. I have been to other Burger Kings and had other things without any real reason to post about them either way but this one really was irritating!!! I will post a pic of the bacon cheeseburger off the Burger king websiteite. I didnt have a camera today but what I got was nothing– now way– even close to that. Well deserved ONESTAR place here. ALSO! I took the receipt to do the survey, and when I entered the restaurant code it said SORRY, we have completed our restaurant survey for this period!!! Ive done plenty of surveys off receipts and never have I seen anything like this!

Service is garbage straight need new workers I pull up girl smoking her cigarette before going back in guy at the window tells me to pull up then the food COLD? WON’T BECOMINGBACK!!!

Had to stop here for a quick lunch as I was running errands on my lunch hour. They gave me the wrong drink so I let the woman know. She was very pleasant and personable, which is why this review has 3 stars. Grabbed my food and left. Completely wrong order. Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice, shame on me for not checking my dang order.

Based on the comments it makes me question if I’ve even been going to the same BK as the other reviewers… anyhow I’m impressed to say the least and each time I’ve visited within the past month has left me satisfied; though I have to admit the first time I ordered from this location my Big King did have the wrong bottom bun. *chuckles* Since then I’ve had some really great experiences and the food has been quite impressive. Also if it’s any consolation I’ve been going after 10pm and the service has exceeded my expectation. I was also able to notice they passed their health inspection with a perfect 100A as of 07/06/2015.

Worst staff ever. I go to this BK about 3 times a month because there are no others that are convenient. For the past few months EVERYSINGLE drive-through order has been wrong. Today I even asked the pick-up window to make sure the sandwich was correct because the order window had it wrong. She just said«yes» and off I went. Of course it was wrong. These people are WORTHLESS and need to be trained to satisfy the customer better. They’ve gotten a little better at timeliness, at least. For years they never opened the first window and would have everyone pull ahead and wait for their order, meanwhile clearing the order on the screen so it looked like it had been delivered. I guess that immoral manager is gone.

This place saved my life yesterday. I couple of friends and I were really hungry, however it was already 11 pm, raining cats and dogs and we were on our way to Havana club. On our way we stumbled with this Burger King, I was not a happy camper with the idea because I’m vegetarian but to my surprise they had veggie burgers! Their veggie burger was quite acceptable(or it was the fact that I was starving?) and quick to get.

Like one of the other reviewers, I hate to actually review a fast food place, but this one is near the house so over the many years I’ve lived here I’ve done the drive-thru once every couple months. Almost every time, I regret it. Even though it is in an extremely busy area, it is never, ever busy. The food is… well, you know what the food is, it is Burger King. The service is uniformly bad, even with few cars ahead. They even completely tore down this place a few years ago and rebuilt it from ground up, and it is still horrible. UNless they do an awesome breakfast business, I am not sure how they make it. Go a little further north for McD’s and Moe’s or a little south for Chick-fil-A, Willy’s or Wendy’s. Better yet, go somewhere and eat real food.

The place was not crowded at all and the food still took a while to come out. The vent hood was down and there was obvious smoke in the dining area. Other than that it was typical Burger King food. I will say that for a burger, fries and drink their prices are still one of the cheapest around.

This BK always seems to be struggling to get customers through the line quickly and with the correct orders. I could elaborate, but surely you can already imagine what it’s like to sit in your car 10 minutes and finally receive your cold-ish fries and b0rked order. Happens every time, sadly. Can’t believe I’m saying this, but it’s worth driving one mile in either direction for an alternative(McDonalds is north, and Chick-Fil-A is south). This BK is not recommended.

It seriously pains me to write a Unilocal review of a fast food restaurant. But I was so devastated Sunday morning that I come here first, before the Burger King website to file a complaint. You see, I typically brunch it out on Sundays. I go to somewhere nice and order a big waffle, or french toast, or eggs. But this morning I was up early for a long meeting that day, so I needed some coffee. Some iced coffee. And some breakfast. BK’s Mocha BK Joe is one of my favorite iced coffee drinks, not to mention it is much cheaper than most fancy shmancy coffee drinks. It has a smooth taste and is just the right amount of chocolate-y. As I drove in the direction of BK lounge I thought to myself, «You know, the Mocha BK Joe is good, but the breakfast there is terrible. Everything’s fried and the sandwiches are gross». So, I changed my mind and decided to hit up the Starbucks just a few spots down from BK. While they are definitely pricier than BK, their drinks are delicious and their breakfast sandwiches on artisan flatbread are scrumptious. Then, I passed by the Starbucks, which had a line of approximately 10 cars for the drive-thru. Sadly, I was forced to BK since I was in a rush. No wait for BK, horray! And Mocha BK Joe, hip hip horray! That is, until I got to the window to pay where they mentioned, «Sorry, we don’t have any Mocha BK Joe right now.» What? Seriously? All I wanted was some sort of icy coffee drink and they let me down. So then I ended up stuffing myself with deep fried french toast sticks and hashbrowns without the reward of a cold coffee drink. Instead I had coffee. Gross coffee. :(Next time I’ll wait in line for Starbucks.
