This is an incredibly well run location. Delicious food, clean inside and even real flowers sometimes on the tables! The staff is really friendly and well trained! I love the low calorie lemonade and salads! Amazing value for the money!

Panhandlers inside the store and the employees don’t do anything about it. SMDH. I like ChikFilA and the food here is legit, and it _​is_​downtown Atlanta, but BRUH. Come on.

It was another great Chick-​fil-​a experience with literally the nicest group of ladies working. Also huge space!

Majority of the time this chick fil-​A is great but I’ve come some nights at 9:40 pm or 9:45pm and i definitely do not get the usual «welcome to chick fil-​A» instead I received a bunch of stares as if I was in the Michael jackson bad video, and I was the enemy… Like damn guys I tried to come early but I had work to do. I should still be greeted when I come in. this is chick fil-​A not Walmart! So their asses need to work on that but other than that when I’ve gone earlier during the day service has been great

My visit today was great! Food was so fresh, which sometimes it’s not here. I did my classic pull threw the drive thru and eat in the car routine. My day was made when Marquis approached me after I got out and threw my trash away. She thanked me so much for not throwing it on the ground like many other people do and she awarded me with two chick fil a coupons. It was so sweet and she’s now my favorite chick fil a employee I’ve ever met. It wasn’t the fake ‘my pleasure’ routine either, she was so genuine. Great employees like this keep me coming back!

Still cheating customers with a half full cup of ice cream. I know this is silly, but it pisses me off to pay for a large and get a small. It happens every time.

This chick fil a always takes forever! Sitting through the drive through takes AT LEAST 30 minutes.

I just went through the drive thru and ordered a chicken NOODLE soup and instead got a chicken tortilla soup (which is pretty good, not knocking it) however I’m sick and needed a chicken noodle soup and am pretty pissed off for the confusion as I was not able to really check while driving and had to open it at work to find out

Christian Chicken tastes darn good! Very gay friendly staff. It is always nice to see change.

Chick-​fil-​a is my all time favorite fast food restaurant. This location is definitely A-​OK. I don’t absolutely love it for a couple of reasons. The parking lot is a little crazy to get in and out of. If it is during rush hour it could take awhile to even turn right out of the lot. Forget about turning left. I wouldn’t even try to attempt that at busy times.
I’ve only gone through the drive-​thru at this location and the employees have been okay but I haven’t received stellar service like other locations I have been to. Also, yes, I get it, I am a little picky/​weird about my food so I ask for my fries and/​or sandwich to be well done, but when I ask for something to be made for me the way I like I would like for it to actually get done. I feel like it’s not that crazy of a request. I have been to this location numerous times and anytime I ask for something special like my sandwich well done it doesn’t seem to happen. I typically only go to this location if I am nearby or until the one near me on Piedmont is done being renovated.

One of the nicer CFA’s that I’ve been to. I’ve passed by this one a couple of time and the size is very deceiving from the street. Food is pretty standard for CFA, still breakfast platter is still solid.

Foods always good, BUT! As this is a very busy one you really should not have reserved seating where you have 5 booths blocked off and there is only 2 or 3 people at each booth! This place is to busy with to little seating! Not good at all!

As an Atlanta native, I love Chick-​fil-​A. And, always crave it on Sundays. I’ve had just about everything on the menu, and love most of it.
I’m not a fan of the new Frosted Lemonade because it’s so ridiculously sweet. The Ice Dream is sweetened, as is the lemonade, and it’s just too much for me.
Lemonade by itself, however, is one of my favorites and keeps bringing me back to CFA.
This location is not one of my favorites, mostly because it’s so hard to get in and out of. There’s tons of traffic in the area and the parking lot is always full. Come at the wrong time and you’ll be stuck in your parking spot because the drive through line is so long.
Also, because of the volume they do in this store, this is the only location I know of that has a number system like Corner Bakery or Zoe’s Kitchen. Where you place your order at the counter and they bring your food to you. Although, I’m not sure how effective it is because I’ve only gotten to-​go orders like most of the people in there.
As far as food goes, this one is consistent with other CFA locations. The traffic and difficulty getting there is what turns me off, and is why I go to Colony Square.

This is my favorite chic-​fil-​a for dine in. They bring the food to your table, most of the time, and are extremely helpful. Kids get place mats and playground is clean!
My order was wrong so they brought me an 8 piece nugget to make up for it!

Hate to say it but this is probably the worst chick fil a I have ever been to and I am a pretty experienced chick fil a customer. Unfortunately this is my neighborhood chick fil a so I have to deal with it when I get a craving.
The traffic can’t really be controlled because of its location so I’m not knocking them for that.
The drive thru seems to move very slow even for the amount of people coming through here and when you get there they may not even be friendly and worst of all forget to say my pleasure
They are said to be under new ownership and management and are aware of the issues. Here’s hoping this chick fil a steps it up like the rest!

In spite of all the traffic at this busy location, the crew is always extremely efficient in getting orders out on time and still giving the great customer service that you would expect at chick-​fil-​a.

The only bad thing about this Chick-​fil-​A location is the traffic outside, but that’s expected at the busy intersection of Peachtree and Collier. You’ll have to be patient getting into and out of this place, especially during peak times. It’s not as bad in the evenings or weekends, which are the times I’ve mostly visited this location.
From the street, it doesn’t look like there’s a lot of parking, but there’s actually a lot of parking in a hidden lot in the back. This Chick-​fil-​A has free Wi-​Fi with decent speeds, a functional drive-​thru, and an indoor playground with slide for kids. Consistent with other Chick-​fil-​As, service is very good — friendly and attentive.
It’s hard to go wrong with any of the menu items. I usually spring for the spicy chicken sandwich combo (around $ 6) or the nuggets (about $ 4 – 5 for a dozen). The food quality at this location is on par with the others. I prefer the Polynesian sauce (sweet and sour), but consider mixing it up and trying the Chick-​fil-​A sauce or buttermilk ranch sauce if you’ve never tried them before. Chick-​fil-​A sauce is mildly «mustardy,» smoky, and sweet. I’m not a fan of the buffalo sauce. I think it’s too salty and overpowering.
Sweet tea is excellent. It’s super sweet and addictive. Hello, diabetes.
The waffle fries are always good. If you want to eat healthy, you can swap them out for a fruit cup. A fruit cup contains Mandarin orange slices, strawberries, chunks of red and green apple, and red grapes. They say the cups are prepared fresh in-​store, so that’s a plus. In my experience, the fruits have been ripe and never hard, too tart, nor spoiled.
In all, this is a satisfactory Chick-​fil-​A.

Love the large drive thru set-​up. I’m sure that took some late night designing– it’s an awkward space, and they’ve done well.
I didn’t wait long, and the coolest, most friendly staff person ever, AMBER, waited on me. If she’s ever looking for another customer service type job, she can come work for me! What an asset!
