Had my best massage experience today at Elements Massage Brookwood! Anna took time to inquire about problem areas and she then applied a couple of methods, Trigger Point therapy and Neuromuscular therapy. I have never received that kind of care for an hour massage before. A few minutes leading up to the end of the hour, Anna asked if there were other areas that I wanted to be sure she covered. That was a nice touch.
My treatment today exceeded my expectations and made me realize that the other places I have been to can’t compare to what I had today.
Aside from Anna, the staff was courteous and professional.

I’ve used Buckhead Heights, Massage Envy, Natural Body Spa and a couple other massage places in Buckhead, and today was going to be my first time trying Elements. As I booked appt on the phone with Leslie, she repeatedly asked for my credit card number and told me «let’s try again it’s not working.» I told her it had to be the system because I use that card daily and there are zero problems with it. She told me she was unable to book, after which I immediately called Natural Body Spa and booked within 1 min (no problem with the card).
Elements may want to update their system if they want business. And Leslie may need to take a class in customer service, as she seemed completely incompetent and I’ll-mannered.
