Burgers can be delicious, but the cooks often put too little of(and sometimes forget) requested toppings. Service can be a bit slow, but an overall decent experience.

This is an update on my previous two star review. I really appreciated BURGERFI taking into account my poor experience at this location and being generous in sending me a complimentary gift card to give them another chance. This time I tried their veggie/quinoa burger and it was a lot less greasy and overwhelming. All my coworkers enjoyed their quinoa burger as well. I also gave their custard a try and got the small swirl sundae. It was pretty large for being a small cup and the custard was very thick and creamy — definitely good to share after having burgers. The custards is decent and I liked the vanilla flavor + oreo combination. I still think the burgers are just alright and the food is still fairly pricey for what you get though. Good thing to note if you’re an Emory student, you can get 15% off if you show your ID.

I should start by saying that I love the food. Great burgers, great fries, great meal… BUT, man, this place is an expensive step up from fast food. I ate there Saturday night with my girlfriend and it cost over $ 25.00(!!) for two burgers, one shared order of fries, and two drinks. They now get $ 2.77 for a drink! That has to be the most expensive sweet tea I ever had. Plus, the do not provide lemons.(They weren’t out of them, they don’t even carry them. For $ 2.77 I want some lemon!!) On the Plus Side, the single order of fries was big enough to share, but I swear it was a lot smaller than the ones I have had there many times before. Maybe I’m wrong. If we each had our own order of fries, the tab would have been almost $ 30.00. I do love the food, but when you start getting into this price range it opens up a lot of other options.

I had lunch at BurgerFi on Sunday. I ordered the burger & added cheese, bacon, lettuce, tomato, grilled onions & pickles. There is a charge for the bacon. I ordered the combo parmisean fries & onion rings. The meal was fabulous. It was a really great Cheese Burger. The onion rings are really good also. BurgerFi is a little pricey. My meal was $ 14 without a drink. I will eat there again. The décor was nice & clean

I have been to this location about three times or so in the last two years or so, with the most recent visit last week. Most of the visits have been sit down, once was for take-out. Had lunch during the work week last week with a couple of friends, and ordered their veggie burger and a side of fries all for about $ 10. Not sure what was going on or if this is normal, but it was unusually slow that day(at least 20 minutes or more before any of us got our meals), the staff that day just did not seem all that friendly or attentive– with the exception of the person bringing us ice cream samplers while we were hungry and waiting for our food, and my hair and clothes reeked of burgers/fries smell afterwards(don’t recall that happening before). Although burger portions are rather on the smaller size, the veggie itself is really tasty! I would go back another time during off-peak hours to see what it’s like.

This evening around 9:30pm I walked in and it was obviously slow. I understand this can be frustrating as an employee when you want to close, but 9:30pm is not ridiculous. Anyways, a chef immediately threw his hands up in exasperation about my presence in the restaurant, and just looked so upset. He then yelled«Fu*k.» Way to make customers feel comfortable… as they called another employee away from the TV they were watching to come take our order we told them it was ok and that we’d go somewhere else. While I’m sure I’ll get some generic response, the reality is I won’t be back. As someone who goes at least once a month, spending $ 40 each time I go… I’ll give my $ 480 a year on burgers to a place that wants my business and employs people who won’t yell«Fu*k» at me.

Updated review — Original 1÷19÷15. I have visited a few more times. One additional time for a sitdown meal. A couple other times to get concetes only. I still get the single build your best burger when dining and I add on fries. On my second visit, I found that I enjoyed the burger much better than I did the first time. I also got a concrete on this visit. There aren’t a ton of toppings that I want, but I settled on banana and caramel. Delicious!!! I have since stopped by to get concretes to go when in the area. However, sometimes they do not have bananas in stock. What?! Apparently, it is not a top choice so they don’t always have them. So very disappointing. When this happens, I leave. The banana caramel is so good that I want nothing else. From now on, I will call in advance to make sure that they have bananas on hand.

Customer service: was awesome, I think it’s one of the few places in Atlanta that I’ve been greeted with a hello and welcome to ______. Restaurant: very clean, but it was about 52° degrees today with a chilly wind. They had all doors leading to the patio wide open, plus this huge ceiling fan going at the same time, which made it very chilly on the inside and about 2 minutes after receiving my food it was cold and not that great. Very disappointing after spending almost $ 16 for a burger, reg onion rings, and medium drink. Also with prices like that you’re on the same level as Applebee’s or Friday’s. They should be offering full service. :-/

I’m a big fan of burger joints moving away from the fast food model and trending toward higher quality food. I think Burger-Fi is a good example of that. Good all around experience. The burgers are very tasty(a bit on the small side however) and the fries are excellent(though they give you so many). The onion rings are huge and the shakes are also very good. The service is pretty good as well. It is, however, a bit on the pricey side. But you probably shouldn’t be having burgers too often anyway. So you may as well splurge a bit when you do. Definitely a worthy burger experience.

The dranks are way to high a 16oz cup for $ 2.45 only one size. The bun are good. But they charge for all the stuff to put on the burger. Five guys is much better. Besides thethe bun. Five guys don’t charge for extra stuff. Burgerfi is a expensive rip off of five guys.

Wow!!! They have made a new fan! I had never been here before and honestly wasn’t sure what to expect. The burgers were genuinely delicious and juicy. They had a wonderful flavor. I am someone that likes lots of meat on my burger, and so I was a little skeptical based on some of the reviews here. However, I can honestly say there was plenty of meat on the burger. Even if you have an extreme appetite you would not be able to eat more than two of these maximum. And the fries were absolutely superb. In addition I had some of those super large onion rings. Delicious! I think I have found my new indulgence. I’m a super picky burger connoisseur and I genuinely thought these burgers were wonderful for this genre and price range. I also found out that they deliver in this area. I will definitely be back!

Great food, even better service. My fiancé and I wandered in for lunch one day after running errands nearby; we ordered Mexican coke, cream soda, Burgerfi cheeseburgers, and urban fries. It was soo tasty, the burgers were juicy and flavorful, the urban fries were crispy and tasty, and the cane sugar sodas pulled it all together. We liked it so much we brought 25 of our friends and family the next week for a gathering. We coordinated things with the manager in advance, and they set aside some space on the patio for us and even decorated! People went crazy ordering, and things got chaotic, but everyone was so friendly and helpful, and when I looked at the final bill I felt like I was robbing the place it was so cheap. I would recommend it to anyone who wants tasty food, great service, and a relaxed atmosphere.

The service here was very friendly so I enjoyed my visit. I wanted to get a concrete shake but the machine was broken. However, the cashier gave me 10% off for the inconvenience which I appreciated. I got a single cheeseburger with tomato, lettuce, mayo, ketchup, white cheddar and bacon. The flavor was fine, but for whatever reason it was cold when I got it, like it had been sitting around for awhile. This is odd because I had a buzzer, so it should have been called as soon as the burger was ready. Based on this, I probably wouldn’t come back for lunch, but might come back for Thursday trivia!

I’ve never actually ordered food at BurgerFi, but I have gotten milkshakes here a bunch of times. I work across the street, and their milkshakes are sort of a having-a-stressful-day-need-a-giant-cup-of-chocolate-in-my-face thing for me. I usually order the chocolate shake. It’s SUPER creamy and thick. Really good. And they even put in some chocolate syrup swirls for a bonus delight. Kinda pricy, but hits the spot when you just need some milkshake in your life.

My mouth is beyond happy right now! BurferFi is such a cute little place to be at and it’s also one of my favorite burger place in town. I heard of this chain for a while, it’s a Florida chain that just recently started popping up in the U.S. What really caught my eye was definitely the ambiance; spacious and open just from looking at it from the outside with such a lively«green» signature color décor. The place is large and open, all wood with some plastic metal tables, cool vibe. It’s also pretty cool that they brand their burgers with their logo. There’s ample seating inside and even some outside on the patio when the weather’s nice. For some reason my burger cravings are at an all time high during this time of the year, so stopping here was a must. BurgerFi is all earth friendly and pretty much offers mostly natural higher quality burgers, unique hot dogs, fries, onion rings, fresh from the farm frozen custards, frozen Concretes, and craft beer on tap or in the bottle and wine. Plus they have a «Secret Menu» with 9 items. The secret menu looks seducing, but I always ended up customizing my burger because I love the large variety of free toppings to choose from: Single Cheese with mayo, ketchup, Fi sauce, Jalapenos, Salt/Vinegar Chip, Fried Egg, Lettuce, and Hickory Bacon. The burger is just enough food for me and it comes with super soft bun with the logo, BURGERFI, pressed onto it. The fries were fresh cut and fried well, while the onion rings were huge. Overall, perfect for a quick bite. Did I mention that their service is outstanding. Everyone is so friendly & attentive. Also the burgers are on the smaller side so make note of that before you come here. You really get what pay for so I’m not complaining about the price. I thought it was very reasonable. I will definitely be back.

It’s not bad overrall for a burger joint. I came here with a few friends during lunch hour to grab a bite. The interior of this place is half wood, half metal. It’s pretty spacious for such a small place and it even has a place for outside eating. The staffs are pretty friendly, even tried to be funny when they brought a concrete for one of my friends. I ordered a triple stack burger with cheese, regular fries, and a one-size for all drink. The wholr thing cost $ 15, which is(eh), can’t say much. The burger itself had a label imprinted on top of the burger with its brand logo, which I thought was pretty neat. Although the burger was decently average — in my head, I imagined the burger being a bit bigger, despite the term«triple stack». Fries was decent too though I can’t imagine why it would be any different from other restaurants. When you also get a drink, there’s no small, medium, or large. just a one-size for all cup. Overall, my experience at this place was fair. I had no problems with my food, or service. I recommend this place if you’re looking for a burger from noon to ‘late night’. Did I mention that? Late night means… I have no clue what late night means.

BurgerFi’s frozen custards are absolutely delicious and are what set this burger joint apart from others in the area. I am a sucker for plain old vanilla. Their vanilla concrete is delicious and comes with whipped cream on top. If you’ve never had frozen custard it is like a thicker creamier version of soft serve ice cream. They also have lots of mix-ins and toppings if you want to get a little crazy. The burgers and fries here are also very good. The buns that their burgers come on are pretty thin and their burgers are doubles(unless you specify otherwise). This makes for a very juicy, meaty burger rather than a burger where all you taste is bread and toppings. The large fries here are huge — definitely more than enough for two or three people to share. BurgerFi has a Coca-Cola Freestyle machine instead of ordinary fountain drinks. I love the options these machines give… however I always end up going for something very out of the ordinary that tastes like it wasn’t created for a reason. Fun to try, but maybe sticking to the tried and true soft drink flavors is the best course of action. I will definitely be back to BurgerFi. They have tons of weekly specials, great food, and a clean nice atmosphere.

«Mmm-mmmm. That is a tasty burger.» — Pulp Fiction(1994) It’s the BurgerFi-cation of the nation, or so they say. Focusing on all-natural, grass-fed beef(no chemicals, and no additives) and healthier menu options, BurgerFi is working on doing the burger thang right. They do the usual regular«free» toppings — ya know, mayo, mustard, ketchup, pickles, onions, tomatoes, lettuce… but then you can also get Garlic Mayo, A-1 Sauce, or the BurgerFi Sauce — I wish I could tell you what this is. Unfortunately, they did not really put enough on my burger to even tell you if I liked it. If you want to «indulge,» you can add things like: Cheese(they seriously need more options), Fried Egg, Salt & Vinegar Potato Chips(yes, ON your burger), Grilled Mushrooms, an Onion Ring, BurgerFi Chili or Hickory Bacon. Overall the burger was delicious. You can taste the freshness of the ingredients and the burger is not too huge. Men, you might need to order a double(or more). The bun is not too bready and perfectly toasted. Side options are fries(which you can fancify with Salt & Vinegar, Parmesan Cheese & Herbs(highly recommend!), Hot Cajun Spices, Cheese Sauce, or BurgerFi® Chili. Or you can get the Onion rings, which are gigantic. And when you just cannot decide(like me), you can get half and half, or as they call it, Cry & Fries. Both the fries and the rings were delicious. These are some of the best fries in town, hands down. They do have a Coca-Cola Freestyle machine(always a draw), but what makes me happier is that they have Mexican Coke, Sprite and Fanta Orange. For those of you who don’t know, this means they are made with real cane sugar like in the«olden days.» I also got to try the Chocolate Custard thanks to a check-in special(on that other app). It’s rich and creamy and chocolatey and magically delicious(I feel like a cereal commercial suddenly… but it IS magically delicious.) Other things I would like to call out(pardon me while I slide into full on «green» mode. Their napkins are from recycled materials. They use short condiment cups. They have the plasticware in a one-by-one dispenser to eliminate the plastic wrapper waste. All that’s missing is compostable items and recycle and compost bins — just sayin’.
