We love the chicken salad salad here. And the little desert rolls that come with it. Walnut is the best flavor but any of the flavors are good. It’s convenient and very consistent with the food quality. Our only complaint is that other than for lunch, it seems to be open fairly sporadically. We wish they were open later and longer on the weekends, but hey, nobody’s perfect.

Had the garden salad with Italian dressing adding bacon bits and cheese. Everyone was super accommodating and friendly. The food also came out quickly as well. I’m stuffed! I’ll definitely be back!

This is a great lunch location for either carry out or dining in. This location is very cute and spacious and sizable enough to have an intimate group luncheon of about 4 people. Each time I’ve come to this location, I’ve never been disappointed in the service nor the food. My favorite go-to menu item is the walnut chicken salad croissant sandwich. Hands down, it’s amazing at best. In addition to this lovely sandwich, they couple it with a cream-filled pastry-thingy and grapes. What a lovely combination. The prices are a little pricer than a Subway or fast food spot, but, it’s worth the treat to a nice lunch. Maybe they could stiffen the competition if they coupled the sandwich with a drink. This would give them a 5-star rating. Another delicious item is the walnut chicken salad paired with a ginger-styled dressing. The dressing has these little seeds thats very yummy. I will certainly keep them as a lunch option when I’m looking to treat myself to a great deli sandwich.

Great quick lunch. Service was friendly and fast. Love the walnut chicken salad sandwich. Not too busy to get a table at noon, and there was a brisk takeout business. I’ll be back next time I’m in the area.

Café at Pharr has the appearance of a Mom & Pop lunch counter, but it’s actually a small Atlanta-based chain with locations around the metro area. This particular location is out in the boonies, north and west of downtown. We were in a bit of a hurry, and so we took our meals to go. The folks behind the counter were very friendly, and very accommodating in order to meet our demanding schedule. They are best known for their salads and sandwiches, but also have soups and rice plates for the lunch crowd. I ordered the Curry Chicken Salad plate which was bite-sized chunks of all-white chicken meat with a mild blend of curry spices. Flavorful and different! Nothing too spicy, but definitely not boring. The salad plate was served with romaine lettuce, shredded carrots, sliced tomatoes, two slices of soft baguette bread, and ginger dressing. That also came with seedless red grapes on the side. It was a very tasty lunch for under $ 10.

I’ve always driven by it and never stopped but I finally decided to try it out and it was pretty damn good. I ordered the Egg Potato Salad Sandwich on a Croissant and it was delicious. I wasn’t sure how I was going to feel when I first walked in and the lady at front wasn’t very open, but once I started engaging with her it was cool. Plus it was right at opening too. I definitely recommend this to anyone to try if they like the«Café» style food.

Meh! The food is good and the salad dressing is great but the service is horrible. The older guy is nice and friendly but the woman with the tattoos and crazy hair is a b! tc#. I’ve been there several times as I work down the street and she seems put out every time I’m there.

Just as great as the original Café at Pharr. From yummy humongous sandwiches, roast beef being my favorite, to the ever delicious celery chicken salad or walnut chicken salad salad I love CAP. The staff is always super friendly, and you don’t have to wait for a table just walk in and simply sit down and somebody will be over to help you. It’s nice and quiet and they play good background music. Nice place for a good read for to study after the lunch rush has gone. Just tried the curry chicken salad for the first time and it is delicious sometimes for a quick bite I will stop in and get just the cup of chicken salad to go

$ 15 lunch and we are always hungry an hour later! Good fresh food but PORTIONSARESMALLANDIT’S $$$… Dont’ get me wrong… I like café at pharr. I’ve been to most of the locations around town. The food is always consistent and fresh but my friends never want to go there because we walk out after a $ 15 lunch and we are hungry an hour later. This happens EVERY time. All the buckhead bettys at the Peachtree Rd location obviously are on a diet and don’t care about this… but everyone else does! I know they do a lot of business at that location but I think the owners would do a lot better at all locations if they either brought the price down a couple bucks or at least gave you 25% more food. Personally I would be OK with a $ 15 lunch but I want to feel full afterwards!

The food is great at Café at Pharr. The big issue is the customer service at this location. Everytime I come to eat here the staff acts like it is an inconvience to wait on me. Two weeks ago, I stopped by the location to make an order for 8 meals during lunch hour. My thoughts were that is great business, but the staff had a different mindset. The attitude of the Café At Pharr staff was negative and asked me, if I really needed 8 meals? This really took me by surprise and led me to this bad review. If you have seen other reviews from me, the majority of them are positive. In this case, Café at Café is getting an OK review! Work on the customer service and I will be back!

I have been going to Café at Pharr for years. I normally go to the one on Peachtree St. but ran into this location while working. I almost always get the curry chicken rice plate which I absolutely love. I am not sure if they were having an off day at this location but I was disappointed in the amount of favor with the curry. Normally every bite I make into the chicken just oozes with flavor but unfortunately the flavor was not there with the chicken. It just tasted like a boiled piece of chicken that had a bunch of sauce dumped onto it. I absolutely love Café at Pharr and almost always get this so I would say they were having an off day.

I hate giving bad reviews but this was not tasty at all. Had the chicken salad plate and it was so bland. Also tried the smoked turkey sandwich and the second I laid eyes on it I knew I wasn’t coming back here. Buckhead doesn’t have many great local sandwich places so I had had really high hopes for this place. Get better quality bread and meats! Be generous with tomatoes! The sandwich I had looked like it came from a gas station. Step it up!

Some of the worst food I’ve ever consumed. I got the chicken teriyaki to go, and it was served with poached chicken and a cold container of «teriyaki sauce» on the side. The rice was unseasoned, and they gave me untoasted bread in a bag. Really? Just terrible.

The menu here is hit and miss. The signature chicken salad is bland and pasty but the curry chicken salad is pretty tasty. The yogurt treats they give out with the sandwiches are a great little desert. Overall the food would be much better if they would discover salt.

Chicken salad sandwich not as tasty as I thought it’d be. Really bland & plain tasting. Super small portion for the money. Mostly bread with 2 – 3 ounces of chicken salad for $ 8 plus tax. Would not return.

Quick service, but just okay food. I got the walnut chicken salad sandwich on wheat. The bread was good, and it seemed a reasonable amount of food, but the chicken salad itself was pretty bland. They also had an 84 on their health rating, and their AC dripped on me as I stood at the register. Not super gross or anything, just… bleh.

Great salads and sandwiches! A very solid and healthy lunch option. I usually take my lunch to-go, and it’s ready in literally 1 minute. Huge plus.

Always dependably yummy! Any of the chicken salads on the salad plate are so good. And the yogurt rolls are a nice addition. Love this place!

Had the shrimp salad on white bread, what a disappointment. Sandwich consisted of shrimp that was just washed under a sink with a slice of lettuce and tomato. Sandwich had no taste, when I expressed my confusion about this«Shrimp Salad Sandwich» being only shrimp, waitress was extremely rude. Staff could careless about your satisfaction, another waiter asked if I wanted a to go cup for my $ 2 dollar coke. Bad food plus rude staff = Avoid
