After a few months without seeing a professional groomer, my handsome Mini-​Schnauzer is back. He is so adorable and looks like the handsome pup I remember. I was referred here by my vet, Dr. Shannon Ewing, so I knew he was in great hands. Finally, someone that knows how to groom a Mini without breaking the bank. We will be regulars.

The owners and employees are incredibly caring animal lovers! The store is clean, neat, and offers many supplies options for pet owners. It is the BEST place to get your dog groomed. Pricing is reasonable, and they do a fabulous job. I am always so impressed and happy with their services. Despite now living 30 minutes away from the shop (It was a convenient 5 – 10 minutes from my last residence), I refuse to take my dog anywhere else to be groomed. He loves the people.

The best of the best! My dog Diesel has been groomed by The Pet Gallery for 10 years. They always do a great job. What I find most impressive is the lack of turnover of their groomers. When people stay in a company that long, it says a lot about the business itself.
Diesel has always looked great when I pick him up. He’s not stressed out at all which can happen if your dog is with the wrong groomer. The prices are reasonable and if for ANY reason you aren’t happy, they will make it right.
Support small businesses. You will not regret going to the Pet Gallery and if you are like me, you will tell all your friends! Thanks for the years of good hair!

GREAT groomers. Meticulous, clean and very concerned with pleasing their clients. They made sure my Japanese Chin was trimmed nicely, and my JRT/​Mini-​Pin mix has a very silky coat now :)
Great selection of treats and food as well. Definitely going to be a repeat customer!

I brought my dog here yesterday after a recommendation from one of my neighbors. I live in Vinings, but it is worth the 15 minute drive to this shop. The staff were very friendly! I dropped Sophie off in the morning and picked her up after work with no hassle. The shop also has other products and goodies! Very professional & great grooming experience!!! I will certainly be back & I am glad to find a regular groomer after a few bad experiences!

It’s a small business ran by really nice people. It’s so close to me and very convenient. You do have to make an appointment and they tend to fill up pretty fast, it can take all day, which is fine for me, my dog seems to like it, I have no qualms with them. Will continue to use.

Love the Pet Gallery. My Maltipoo dreads the groomer, but always leaves Pet Gallery happy and upbeat. They do a fantastic job and don’t neglect the details (i.e. — nails, anal glands, etc). Sheila is always friendly and happy to advise on products as well. Give them a try.

BEWARE of the VERY unstable women named «SHELIA» that runs this place.
Talk about a menopausal break down. I noticed her being rude and barking at the people on the other end of the phone when I arrived. I thought, wow, bad day:(
Then, it was my turn to pay, She turned her attack on me in such a loud verbal voice when i brought the 3 empty boxes and asked her to order the 3 supplies that had not been ordered, from the month before (that had already been requested, last month). She got loud and louder and shorter with me. When I asked her to not speak to me in that tone and delivery, she said, I’m just explaining to you what you CAN’T understand. She called me an idiot in front of her employee and when I explained how unprofessional it was of her and that she shouldn’t be bringing in her employee into something her employee just walked up on, in mid stream. But mainly, because after all, it just puts the employee in a bad position.
Shelia called me an idiot again and requested my name. Like really? Wow, this is the WORST customer service I have ever witnessed.
THE WORST, this womens energy shouldn’t be allowed to even speak to the dogs much less work around other human beings with that attitude :(
I use to love this place and have been getting most all of my animal supplies from them since the day they opened… Till after today!
After total calculation, My family and I spend over $ 200 a month there. I guess my little $ 2400. worth of business a year doesn’t mean anything to a small independent dog store.
To the REAL owner of this business: you’re a lovely business owner and that’s why Iv supported your business and store from the beginning.
I’m sure you have no idea what’s happening while your not there. We own 3 businesses and I would pass out and just die if I ever caught an employee speaking to a paying customer like this. Where I come from, the customer is always right and if they’re not, it’s still my job to make it right for them and for the experience in my store.
I can always replace an employee but I CAN NEVER replace a loyal customer or their money, that it requires to keep my dream and business afloat and alive.
I just hope you don’t have to eventually close the doors because Shelia is busy running off your routinely paying customers. while all along claiming, it’s not her.
My family and I will NEVER walk back in that place again till Sheila is OUT of there and never coming back.

We have taken our two bichons to pet gallery for 8 years. Our dogs aren’t easy to deal with and the team here always did a great job with them. Great and friendly folks who do a great job!

I have been taking my pitty to Pet Gallery for grooming for 9 years — ever since I adopted her as a 9 month old pup. The staff is so friendly and kind. They treat Copper like the princess she is and my pooch always looks and smells great after getting her groom on. I would recommend Pet Gallery to anyone who needed a small, attentive shop for their pups. Oh! They also have a great store filled with tons of dog food, treats, leashes, collars, and toys. LOVE Pet Gallery!

We have been taking our dog to Pet Gallery for years. She is a crazy Border Collie who has really nappy hair and is always a disaster when we drop her off.
We have always been overwhelmed by how well they are able to clean her up and make her look like a show dog.
And even better the owners are always so kind and smiling.

I usually shop at Park Pet Supply in EAV but I was out of Wellness cat food and knew I wasn’t going to get there before they closed, so I «cheated» on them with Pet Gallery, which my phone told me was nearby. What a lovely discovery! Lots of high-​end grain-​free foods for cats, including some brands I hadn’t seen before. They also had a lot of eco-​friendly cat toy options. I do wish their selection of cat treats was better — they had a scraggly handful, whereas they had racks and racks of dog treats. The staff was extremely helpful, and I would go back if I were in the area, for sure. :)

We love this company so much! Our dog has been going there every two weeks for several years, and the staff is the best! We always know that they will treat him with so much love, and he enjoys being groomed!
