The customer service is not good! I have used them weekly since I relocated to Atlanta back in May. I kept giving them the benefit of the doubt but today is the final straw. The first time they completely botched a button repair, the second time they lost my new jeans for three weeks that needed a simple hem, now this time another botched button escapade. I gave them four brand new Brooks Brothers shirts and eight buttons. I simply asked them to add a button to each cuff. The shirts were due back Saturday… no shirts, come back Monday. I come back Tuesday, no shirts… they are asking for 21 new buttons. They were going to add a button below every button down the front of each shirt. The representative called and corrected them said they would be back on Wednesday. Wednesday came… no shirts. Rep call they tell her shirts were delivered to the store… for 15 minutes she goes through every order in the store, calls back and they tell her they are still at the plant, be there Thursday. Thursday comes… no shirts. AJ the manager tells me it’s a language barrier with the Korean tailor and he promises me the shirts on Friday. He says we are a «multi-million dollar cleaners and I have nothing to worry about». I guess my time and satisfaction was not of his concern. Friday came… got my shirts… no apology, no discount, no service recovery, just pay the bill and go… I’m going to Unilocal to find a new cleaners. Do not recommend!

Upset that this business gave away my clothes. Yes, they were there for over two months. My fault. However, they require that you have a phone number on file. A courtesy call would be a nice touch. When I asked about that, the lady said«we don’t have time for all that– not our job to call and remind customers». Not sure what my phone number is provided for?! A courtesy call to customers– to let them know they are about to dump your clothes – would be a very nice touch. AVOIDATALLCOSTS.

Ok… so I’ve been going here because it’s convenient to where I work and easily accessible in traffic. But, after today I am done. I tried to ignore the high prices and use this place mostly for tailoring. However, after I get my shirt back returned to me ruined and was STILL charged for it, I’m DONE! Yes, Carriage cleaners you took my $ 6 to ruin my shirt, but you have lost my business and in the end that’s gonna cost you a lot more than $ 6. Take your bad customer service and shove it!

The management/operation of this location is HORRIBLE under whoever took over. Not only is my amount due always double what it should be… today, I had to point out to the astute employee there who only knows how to read a screen with the number and can’t fathom 11 shirts shouldn’t be $ 44. «Well…that’s what it says here for ‘grand total’». As if that isn’t inconvenience enough… when I tried to drop off more items today, she asked if «had a bag»…because all the baskets were ‘full’(i.e. I can’t take your stuff so I can make more money because I’m too stupid to keep your stuff separate from others’). Needless to say, I didn’t leave anything there today… and will no longer be going there at all. Period. And if the employees here would bother to take their eyes off their phone messaging and/or tobacco spitting(Yes… the Garth Brooks wanna-be that works here will actually spit out his chew into a bottle while ‘serving’ you), maybe they can take a few minutes to sharpen their basic math skills and not rely on reading the incorrect number their computer keeps showing them.
