I love their shoes and I was disappointed to find out that the Perimeter store is closed! I just called mall security and they said that they are no longer open.

The platform sandals with cork is the best and most comfortable shoes I’ve owned. I’ve been buying them for years and love the latest styles. They fit my feet so perfectly that I can wear them all day long and not get tired. Thank you Cathy Jean… I am a size 5 and it’s hard to find the right fit and comfort too!

Okay shoe store at Perimeter Mall. Some fashionable styles, although I find them to be in the cheaper range quality-​wise. I wouldn’t pay full price here, but there were lots of sales today. Deals, even.
Employees were nice, but I had to seek out someone to request sizes, despite being the only customer in the store. I also noticed the «product contains chemicals known to cause cancer» disclaimer on some of the pairs I tried on, but honestly, I think if all businesses were required to display this information we’d see it more often.
Discounted shoes are final sale. I wish I’d known this beforehand, and in their defense, I didn’t ask. I’m unaccustomed to this policy and it would probably deter me from shopping here again.

Bought some nice looking boots for my daughter. After 3 months of use, the heal separated from the leather. Response from the pleasant store manager — «too bad, we’re a small company and can’t afford to stand behind our cheaply made products».

Dont be fooled, supervisor comments dont count… Granted they have decent looking shoes but they can be extremely uncomfortable plus they have a horrible return policy.
I bought a pair of flats for work and wore them the very next day, they were soo uncomfortable that they bruised both my heels.
I gave the store a call letting them know what had happened, and clearly stated that all I wanted was to exchange the shoes for a more comforatble pair. They DO NOT have a customer service # so you are unable to speak with anyone (extremely aggravating), they gave me some stupid email address to send my complaints in hopes of getting someone to approve my request. After weeks of reaching out with no response and 45bucks out, I have sworn to never go back…
P.S: I read similar compaints for some of their other stores too!

Perimeter Mall is a great place to go shoe shopping… there were more than a handful of shoe stores and they were all competitively-​priced. I found a great pair of knee-​high cognac leather slouch boots at Cathy Jean for just over $ 50. They’re comfortable enough to wear all day long, and can be dressed up or dressed down. Cathy Jean had a great selection of boots at reasonable prices, and the salespeople were helpful and friendly. I definitely recommend stopping in if you’re in the market for a great pair of boots– trendy or otherwise!

I went here today on the suggestion of a friend, she claimed they always had something nice. Well she was right. I found exactly what I was looking for and the sales girl was really nice and helpful. I told her I’d be back for boots in a week or so, and I will.
