They have the worst waiting period even with an appointment. I have to wait for more than hour only to sit and wait for at least another 30 – 45 minutes before the doctor sees me. It’s ridiculous how they operate with no concern for people’s time.
The last time the ladies at the desk fail to tell me to go straight to the lab for blood work, so I have to take extra time out of my work schedule to get one near my house. I could have taken care of that right after seeing the doctor if they were more thorough with the paperwork.
I ain’t got time for this.

Sometimes this place can be ridiculously jam packed with folks. They have a huge waiting area so most times all seats are occupied. Three ladies typically are at the front desk trying to settle up the various office duties. The docs get backed up with patients, so again you need to pack your patience. Once you see your doc, they are very thorough and if you need blood work done, it’s conveniently located next door at the labcorp or quest (I can’t remember). I was referred here by a coworker and will continue to come for my yearly physicals and sick visits.

I was a patient of CMED for 28 years and received excellent care. I was always referred to a specialist if the physician could not treat me. We recently moved out of state and I feel as if I am living with Dr. BOZO… one who knows nothing. I finally found an internal medicine group like CMED but they can not hold a candle to CMED. Melinda the scheduler is TOPS!

Three calls and two faxes over three days get no reply, just a pile of excuses:
«I was out yesterday,» etc. No way for a medical office to be run.
