My experience with CEO Maids, after using them for over 6 months is still mixed, but is on firmer footing now.
The first team that I was assigned did an excellent and meticulous job cleaning. The second cleaning team is good and getting better.
Since I live on the Southside, I was happy to find a cleaning service willing to brave the traffic to get to me. CEO Maids was great about not making an issue about my location.
A month ago, there was a problem with their scheduling system and my cleaning crew didn’t show up at all. We cleared up that problem recently. Also, cleaning crews would routinely show up late.
Their website is generally easy to use – except you don’t have the capacity to change the date of an upcoming cleaning appointment there. You have to call in to do that, and their phone number is a bit hard to find on the website.

My appointment was easy to book and the maid did a fantastic job for my move out clean for my lease. Its amazing how better a job a professional does vs my daily or weekly cleaning. I would definitely consider having a maid come to my place more often.

CEO Maids is great! I live out of state and have a home that I rent in the Atlanta area. Ceomaids was able to do my move out cleaning after my tenants left the worst mess ever. I loved how they put my mind at ease when I spoke to the manager. The two maids that clean the house delivered as promised. Worth every penny.
