I ordered out through an online service (
). Although I was in the designated zone for the delivery, it took nearly 2 hours to arrive. I was told that I had to wait outside my apartment building, then was asked to meet the delivery driver down the street because he couldn’t find my apartment — doesn’t this defeat the purpose of delivery? When he finally arrived, he told me that my apartment was out of their delivery radius — in which case I believe I should’ve been notified and the order canceled. The food was cold by the time I finally got it, and terrible — I ordered mongolian chicken (a typically sweet dish) to find it so salty it was impossible to eat.
