Went here the other day after not having Chipotle in awhile and man, I see why Chipotle is going to shit and getting all types of negative media attention right now. To start, it was super slow meaning nobody was really in there, no line or anything which means a typically fast service. But let me tell you… there was NOTHING fast about their services. First off, I asked for two bowls with brown rice, they didn’t even have any damn brown rice. How the hell do y’all run outta brown rice when it’s barely any business then inform me it will be a 30 min wait. Secondly, I asked for fajitas. They didn’t have any fresh fajitas. They were all old and sitting at the bottom of the tray. So they had to make fresh ones. Thirdly, I finally make it to the meats. I asked for barbacoa and sure enough, they didn’t have any ready so I had to wait like freaking 15 mins for so damn barbacoa to be made. Which is extremely ridiculous, especially considering the fact they didn’t have that much business at the time. Lastly, when I get home and give my partner his food, he looks at it and is instantly upset because they barely gave him any chicken at all, he barely had any, like they barely put a scoop in which is ridiculous. They need to do better! Needless to say, this is the worse got damn Chipotl I’ve ever been to and I won’t be coming back. Get y’all shit together!

Good food. Friendly people. Gets a bit busy when the kids at Emory are in school. Parking can sometimes be a bit tough until you realize there’s a free lot in the back.

Their chicken tastes a little saltier than normal and they seem to be less generous with their toppings.

I don’t know how this chipotle doesn’t have six stars. I basically eat here twice a week because of my laziness and my love for Mexican food. Out of all the chipotles I have been to in Atlanta(the chipotles in Arizona are pretty good too), this chipotle has had the highest quality and quantity of food for its price. I won’t even hesitate when I say I go all out ordering here because I know exactly what I’m getting every time, and so do the serves. I always get a bowl because of the quantity. Here’s my order. So don’t steal it . I get a burrito bowl with a tortilla on the side, with black beans and brown rice and grilled vegetables. Chicken, corn, cheese, sour cream and lettuce come next. Finally, I top her off with a glob of guacamole. These bowls last me two to three meals conservatively. If I’m feeling a little frisky, I get some chips and squeeze some lemons on top for a nice taste. When I say I’m a loyal customer for life here, I waited ten extra minutes and was late for work so I could get some freshly cooked chicken the other day. And it was worth every minute. Whoever is working there is doing something right because every bite is so delicious and I’m getting hungry just thinking about it.

Fairly consistent food. You can feel a little rushed by the servers wanting to move you along. But still not too bad. Food is like all chipotles. Good and fast. Parking is very limited I the area as a whole.

The food here is fine, your average Chipotle, but if you can’t walk here — BEWARE. The parking lot shared by Chipotle and the other Emory Village restaurants is monitored by EPS parking, a predatory company that thinks they can take advantage of the presumably wealthy Emory patrons by booting your car whether or not you’re visiting one of the restaurants the lot is for. I personally will not be visiting any of these restaurants again until they get rid of EPS — In addition to my $ 6 burrito today, I also had to pay $ 75 to get a boot taken off my car by a technician who very conveniently ignored the Chipotle bag in my hand. That’s a lunch that’s just a bit out of my price range.

terrible. barely any meat, i mean the guy took an average sized scoop of steak and put half on my burrito and half back into the pan. I know y’all probably don’t get paid that much and you don’t want to work your tush off grilling meat, and yet you don’t want to get in trouble for running out, but Id rather not pay almost ten dollars for something that has a ton of sour cream and not much else. I told myself If I dont have any steak in these last three bites I’m not ever coming here again. Well, I guess I can’t come there ever again because I’m a woman of my word. This place used to be my go-to Chipotle, when this nice Latino woman worked there. I used to tip and she was generous with toppings, everything tasted great, and the burritos were huge. Since then I’ve noticed they always have new people and the change of staff has been very bad for this place. Almost as bad as the Chipotle off ponce. They don’t care what they are serving, they just want to get through the line of people. Well there is something wrong if all I can taste is sour cream. I am really not into giving restaraunts a bad name on Unilocal,I would have gladly e-mailed the manager before publicly shaming this place, but they don’t have a website. And honestly, this is not the first time my burrito has been less than okay.

By far the WORST Chipotle location. This place is awful and full of lazy employees with bad attitudes. The Emory location is notorious for skimping on everything — even the FREE toppings. Their corn is always cold, and the pico is always mushy and watery. Save yourself, and go to the Chipotle on Ponce or Peachtree.

This place is by far the best to get food to go in walking distance to Emory, hands down. The only problem I’ve ever had at this location is that it is often overrun by pesky(and sometimes drunk) undergrads in search of real food. Also, the chairs are a tad uncomfortable, but i’m not here for the chairs. And what is it with these assuming pseudo-inspirational quotes on the side of the bag: «Don’t be a jerk. Try to love someone. Give more than you take.» Why did you call me a jerk, I’m just trying to eat a burrito, not trying to be make a the world a utopia over dinner. let me eattttt

Classic favorite for Mexican food. Cheap, quick, and quality food. My go-to is always a burrito bowl to go – brown rice, black beans, chicken(sometimes half and half with steak), extra corn, medium with a little bit of hot salsa, lettuce, and guacamole. Sour cream and cheese are delicious too, but I try to reserve those for special occasions, for health purposes! All of this for under $ 10, and the portions are a decent size, too. Great location in Emory Village with plenty of students who are looking for affordable meal options. Conveniently located across from a Starbucks, so you can have your dinner and caffeine fix.

Very clean, and service was quick. Its an awesome location, but it’s on the main street and it’s hard to get in and out. Need additional parking areas. That’s the only reason it didn’t get a 5th star.

As an Emory student, I eat here every day(almost). Overall, a very well-run Chipotle, though there is a little inconsistency here and there– the fajita veggies range from close to raw to a bit soggy, but that’s my only minor gripe. Seems like there’s a decent amount of employee turnover though, I see new faces quite a bit. Also, watch out for one of the employees with shoulder length brown hair– she skimps on food a bit.

I love chipotle burritos for me but this place is a rip off for kids meals. The woman told me to pick two sides for their taco meals. When I asked why I was getting an empty tortilla, she looked at me like I was crazy. Then she said I needed to pay extra for meat and cheese on taco. I told her my kid didn’t even want the sides, that’s just what the woman told me came with the kids meal. And why the hell do you have to pay extra for chips and salsa? This place is a joke! I’ll gladly eat at moes or Willys over here! At least they are friendly and you get free chips!

Love coming here. Food is good and health score is good. The restaurant is always clean. Customer service has never been a problem. Patience is necessary when Emory is in session because the students flood the place. Parking is always a draw back. This area did not consider people driving in to eat here. Otherwise, I love eating here!

Went in for a quick bite, didn’t know they had quesadilla’s, ordered that and a burrito bowl. Very good! This Chipotle also serves Margaritas which are very good.

I only come here when I feel home sick. Service is inconsistent. On a lucky day, I“ll get so much topping, my burrito explodes. On a bad day, I get so little topping, I have to walk out and let them toss it in the trash. On a normal day, they are like any other Chipotle in a college town(sloppy, messy, questionable food handling). I’ll be coming here as long as what they serve doesn’t kill me, just because it is close to where I work. But the«bad» days really make me wish I was back in Denver eating the REAL Chipotle burrito.

I’m a huge fan of chipotle and have eaten at many all throughout the country due to my travel or work. This one by far is consistently the worst chipotle I’ve ever been to. They always mess something up with their food and it never tastes as good. For example either the chicken is too dry, too salty, tortilla is hard(due to it being reheated twice or stale), chips are salty or stale and the salsa is always off as well. I thought maybe I went on an off day but after trying them 4 times I will never go back. If you are a chipotle fan you will know what I mean. Also their good never tastes fresh. I have no idea why but it always tastes stale. Even though I now live right near this chipotle I will drive to a different location. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place.

I know Chipotle is a «fast food» place, but they really aren’t because they use fresh, «real» ingredients and not the highly-processed, artificially-flavored food substitutes you get at other«quick serve» restaurants.

I’ll be honest, this is a pretty poor excuse for a Chipotle. I’ve been here a few times, but my most recent visit sealed the deal– I’m not coming back. So I was the only person in line waiting to get my burrito made, and the 4 employees behind the counter stood around and talked for about 2 minutes while I was standing there before someone decided it may be a good idea to make my burrito. Kinda rude, but not a deal breaker. So as I was eating my chicken burrito, I kept noticing that the pieces of chicken in my burrito were pretty chewy. I was starving, so I kept eating. Finally, I took a good hard look at some of those pieces of chicken, and I noticed that the chicken was completely raw. EW! I went back up to the counter to let these jokers know that they were serving a raw batch of chicken to people, and all they did was ask me if I wanted another burrito(hell to the no) and didn’t even check the chicken they were serving. This place is straight up nasty and a health hazard.

It is true: there is now a Chipotle in Emory Village! It’s like any other Chipotle: same menu, same stainless-steel-topped tables. Once they get their liquor license, there will also be the same deliciously large and strong $ 4.50 margaritas. There are four tables on the patio in front and a good number of tables inside, including a long one that will be good for groups. They also have – my favorite as an often-single diner – bar seating along the front window. As an Emory [graduate] student, I usually ambulate to campus rather than drive. I bet trying to get here in a car on a school day will be hellish in terms of parking, as I doubt the CVS folk will be cool with people parking in their lot. There is some street parking, but you have to fight for it, and there are many spots that look like legal parking but are not. I hear the folks at Bad Dog are not pleased with the addition of Chipotle to the village. I understand their frustration. Their food is yummy, and I was super excited when they opened this summer. But Chipotle dominates, and I will choose it every time I am in the mood for a burrito. Also: Mad Dog has not yet obtained its liquor license, which makes me growl at them secretly every time I pass it, which is, like, every day.
