Went there yesterday, felt uncomfortable with my baby, people were rude no excuse me just in your personal space. Food was great! Staff was rude would walk by right infront of you and not say excuse me! Very rude and not fun atmosphere. Will never be back and telling everyone don’t go support rude people period. Bathroom horrible, managers didn’t even interact with kids or made sure they were enjoying themselves! Won’t be bk ever! Only person that showed good customer service was the young gentleman at the door.

Staff is friendly, but entertainment for children is definitely lacking. Chaotic atmosphere equals stress for mom. Do not want to even think about a return visit. Place feels dirty and was very hot. Did not enjoy.

I don’t know what everyone is talking about. I have been here 2 times. Once on the weekend.(We are visiting from Florida) Staff is VERY nice and helpful! Pizza was hot, wings are gross though, but that’s at all locations. This place is clean too

I like CEC in general but this location leaves a lot to be desired: — Food was cold when arrived — Small establishment — No crowd control — Most parents pull a ‘dump and run’ — Chuckee came out treated us to a butt shake, a hip dip, and something that appeared Brazilian — The over all feeling of the place was ‘worn’ — Most of the games worked when you could get to them — Other than early hours this place is for kids 6+ only, toddlers will not survive the lord of the flies nature present here.

It was packed and it was crazy. I will take the drive to the other one. This one does not have a toddler zone so not as much fun for my son. Also parents watch your bratty kids. Where were some trying to climb into the truck while my son was riding it. Learn how to share and take turns. Parents yes let them have fun but still watch your kids. If my son acted like some of the disrespectful kids there I’ll take him and we’d leave. The staff was ok but really on a super busy night you need someone on the floor watching also.

My friend’s two nephews(ages 4 and 2) were in town, so she invited a small group of us to join her and her nephews at Chuck E. Cheese’s. When I was a kid, this place used to be called Showbiz Pizza. I may have been to one once or twice back in the 80s or early 90s. The inside of Chuck E. Cheese’s is not as big as I imagined. About 2⁄3 of the space is dedicated to games. The other 1⁄3 is reserved for booths, tables, and the stage where a giant, animatronic Chuck E. Cheese sings contemporary pop songs. I think he sings songs every half hour. They serve food here, but I did not try any(nor did I want to). I glanced at the menu. You can get salads, pizzas, and sandwiches. The salads come from a generic salad bar. It’s actually kind of gross because of all the kids running around sneezing, coughing, and touching everything. The salad bar starts at $ 6.99. There are two soda fountain machines. One adult drink with unlimited refills is $ 1.99. You can sign up for the Chuck E-Club and get coupons online for tokens and food. My friend used a couple coupons, which saved us between $ 5 – 10 on tokens. Some of the games can be a lot of fun, so I recommend getting a lot of tokens. Three of us adults split about 100 tokens or so and played games for about an hour. All games are only one token. Skee ball is always fun(my high score: 21,000). My favorites, though, were the two basketball games(my high score on the«street ball» version: 175) and the«Flamin’ Finger.» Flamin’ Finger is funny. As soon as you insert your token, a maze pops up on the screen, catchy club music plays, and you are supposed to trace the maze with your finger before time expires. It’s addictive and the music makes you want to dance. One kid inserted tokens just to listen to the music — she didn’t even play the game. I’m pretty sure the games where you time moving lights to hit a certain spot on a wheel or bar are fixed. In other words, they are suckers’ games. I was definitely a sucker trying to hit the special bonuses or jackpots on those games. There are also some machines that print out your picture inside framed artwork or on a plastic«ID» card. At one token, it’s a pretty good deal. Staff kept the machines in generally good shape. This is nice considering all the wild kids running around and beating on them. If you have problems with any games eating your tokens, just let the employees know and they’ll comp you and fix the machines on the spot. I had more fun than I was expecting here, though towards the end of our visit(Sunday around 4pm), the place was getting very crowded and I could not wait to get out of there. Use the hand sanitizer on the way out.

I feel sorry for the people who work at this Chuck E Cheese’s. It appears that it’s the one place in the area where every horrible parent takes their child and unleashes them on the public at large. If you want your kid to have his tokens stolen by other kids and inadvertently have to have a standoff with a crazy parent or their child, definitely put this on your list of places to visit.

O-M-G. i would NEVER go back to this place again. NEVER. EVER. EVER. two worsd. BAD-ASSKIDS! this review is for the parents who take their kids to chuck e cheese and let them run wild: Dear parents, you need to teach your kids some home training. You need to let your kids know that they need to respect other people’s personal space and that they need to refrain from acting like a hooligan in public. This is NOT their home. The reason why ½ of the rides are broken is b/c kids, just like yours, jumped all over them and buddied up and found even worse behaved kids and all of them jumped on the ride. this one helicopter ride had 4 kids on it. 2 of the girls kept hitting their heads on the top of the ride. parents, watch yo kids! Raise and teach them well. now to review the actual establishment. this place is so tiny. The dont even have a toddler area like other chuck e cheese’s. ½ of the rides were broken, the employees are not nice, did not want to help, and the employees at the door were even worse. my blood pressure was sky high when i left. I will never go back to this place again.
