Been going here for years and they have been nothing but amazing. They have gone out of their way to help me get ready for last minute trips and special occasions multiple times.

Recently had an embroidery job done on a rain coat here. The monogram does not even look like the correct letters. The shop never showed a proof before starting the work on the jacket and since it is a rain coat the stitching can not redone and jacket be waterproof. When I asked for some type of refund, I was simply told, no! Having worked for an embroidery shop, I would have never let this walk out of the door and I would have most definitely shown the customer a proof before putting stitches in their property! Horrible monogram and horrible customer service!
