Colgate Mattress Atlanta

Having just seen my grandson I am amazed at how he sleeps on them. I am so glad we bought one of these mattresses. My own three children all slept on a Colgate mattress. This is a wonderful product. I hope I have future generations sleep on one as well.

I gave a crib mattress for a baby shower. I did a ton of research on crib mattresses and these folks make the best. While they do not sell direct, they were great at answering all of my questions — overall great customer service. The mattress is now a few years old and looks brand new. Extremely firm mattress. Could not be happier. Best part is that it is made in the US right here in Atlanta! Who knew there were still actual factories in atlanta. Do your baby a favor and buy a Colgate Crib mattress.

This is a story of great customer service. I received a faulty mattress as a gift of my baby registry. Within a two months of use the mattress began sagging. For the uninformed, this is a danger to kids because of increased risk of sudden infant death syndrome or SIDS. The fear is that the child, who is just learning to turn on her side can flip face down and, without the ability to turn back, suffocate.
I contacted Colgate and received a call back within 2 hours of my e-​mail despite the late hour (5pm). I returned the voicemail next day and was immediately told that the problem will be rectified with a replacement mattress. I was asked to provide some pictures and labels off the unit. The best part: a replacement was shipped even before they received my letter with the labels. Now that’s concern for children safety. I am now waiting for the new unit, which is scheduled to arrive tomorrow.
