So sad this place is closing. We were thrilled to find it on Scoutmob a few months ago, but haven’t found the opportunity to go back. I love pasta and that there were quick, delicious options.

Fresh and tasty! Your choice of Salad, Pasta or Piada(kind of like a burrito) — choose your meat and your fresh toppings. I love the meatball salad with creamy parmesan dressing. They recently didn’t renew their liquor license– bummed to see the Sangria and Beer go, made for a great pairing with the food & nice large patio.

Went in for dinner and had the Chicken pasta with rosa sauce. Was a good solid dish. I even got to make it myself. Sangria was delicious, didn’t want to be a lush but the beer list was good and cheap. Wouldn’t drive out of my way, but if you are in the area.

Great & friendly staff! I stopped by because I had a coupon. I got the burrito wrap thing. It’s very salty. I can even finish it. Very happy I had a coupon. I enjoyed the atmosphere, cleanliness, and staff! Next time I know to get a salad.

I was in the area trying to find someplace to hide out until traffic died down when Scoutmob directed me to da Via. The place was pretty empty at 5 p.m., so the order process was quick and easy The other reviewers mentioned that it’s kinda like a Chipotle and I would have to agree. You walk up to the counter and decide on a pasta bowl, salad or a piada which is like an Italian wrap/burrito concoction. I chose the latter, with meatballs and the napolentana sauce. You also have your choice of toppings of fresh ingredients like spinach, roasted tomatoes, onions, cheese, etc. My sandwich + the Scoutmob discount came to an even cool $ 4 and I was able to enjoy it out on their patio. The sandwich was decent, I kinda wish that it was slightly warmer since the temperature was not even throughout, but it was still tasty. I am not sure if I would be quite so thrilled if I didn’t have my Scoutmob because $ 8 seemed a bit steep for a wrap.

During my visit for lunch, I find it nice and the pasta that I ordered taste good as well. It’s a picky picky place like chipotle but this place is good for quick lunch. I also like the ambiance inside. It’s comforting and well lit and cozy.

My fiancé is a huge scout mob fanatic so he told me about this place and was under the impression that it was similar to Chipotle but with an Italian spin. Wrong. We walked in and was greeted by a younger male who was very pleasant and even explained, in detail, our options of pasta, sauces and veggies. I went with the penne pasta while my fiancé selected the spaghetti, we both selected chicken, white sauce, tomatoes and cheese. We asked if we could use the scout mob app to receive the 50% off and the gentleman agreed and bagged our food but some female employee in the back yelled«ITSDINEINONLY». I really and truly was tired from working a 12 hour shift that day and did not want to dine in; there was not a soul in the restaurant and found it to be unnecessary for her to behave so rudely. Long story short, we dined in for about 5 minutes and left with our food because it was already bagged and sealed and we were not about to pay full price for such small portions. The food was extremely bland and the only way I ate the leftovers the next day was because I put some Sriracha sauce on that itch! Comparing this place to the flavorful Chipotle is insulting and disrespectful to Chipotle fans, employees and overall Chipotle corporation. Two stars for the gentleman we encountered but everything went downhill from there.

This is a staple eatery for those times when I want a simple salad and/or I’m low on time. It’s a fast casual concept, kind of like an Italian-style Chipotle. I usually build my own salad with salmon or chicken, a few toppings and one of their house made dressings. Salad-wise, the toppings are kind of limited, but pastas are their thing so I don’t expect too much diversity. The service is quick and cordial. The dining space is warm and inviting with reclaimed wood tables and such. My tab usually averages $ 8 – 11, making it an affordable lunch spot.

Average food. It’s similar to chipotle and other burrito restaurants where the customers can pick between a burrito or salad bowl with spaghetti instead of rice. Their toppings are similar to toppings on a pizza. Price is competitive.

One of my co-workers suggested that we have lunch here and like other reviews of da Via, he called it to have a similar style to «Chipotle.» When we arrived at the restaurant, I immediately realized exactly what he meant by that. It is a calm and neat environment perfect for a casual lunch or dinner setting. They have their menu signs in the same format as Chipotle with entrees of salads, pastas, and wraps with a set price for under 8 dollars. They also have a ScoutMob right now so that would be half price so under 5 dollars, great deal! Anyways, you pick what style entrée you what and you pick your meat/sauce to start. They have meatballs, grilled chicken, salmon, and breaded chicken. They have a few different sauce such as your regular marinara, a spicy version marinara, and alfredo. Then you get to choose all your toppings/vegetables to add on top and finally finish it off with cheese. They also have a few different types of breadsticks that you can order on the side. Personally, I got a salad and they have a few different dressings such as balsamic and pesto. Right next to the self-serve drink machines, they have parmesan cheese, olive oil, and balsamic vinegar if you need more flavor. The portion sizes are medium sized, smaller than that of Chipotle but for relatively the same price. The meal was decent but felt awesome considering I spent less than 5 bucks using ScoutMob. I am not sure if I would pay the normal price for the same meal because it didn’t impress me but seemed to be average. If you want a quick, Italian style lunch, then da Via is a convenient place to go where you can create your own style meal.

…absolutely SCRUMP-DELI-CIOUUUUUS!!! I used another ScoutMob coupon for lunch and my choice meal was this Italian spot. Very clean inside, very friendly staff and awesome food. Hated that the lunch line was long and moved kinda slow but nevertheless GREAT review and food to make up for that minor issue. Chose the pasta w grilled chicken, mushroom, dried tomatoes, artichokes and a pesto sauce. Worth the money even without the coupon.

A pretty neat place. This is sort of a Subway or Chiptole restaurant where you can create your own meal. The menu has exactly 3 categories with 9 items in total. There’s a salad, pasta, and wrap category with 3 items under each. Yeah… So this makes up your 9 items. You can either create your own masterpiece or just ask them to make it with the pre-selected ingredients. The guy making our creations was nice and explained how the process worked since I was a new comer. The ingredients were fresh and flavorful. The Bianca pasta I had was pretty good. I didn’t like the disposable bowl’s shape because it just caused all the sauce to congregate at the bottom since it had really high sides. This made the top of the pasta sort of bland while the bottom became super flavorful. Overall a pretty good semi fast food place. I mean. The total was like $ 7 plus change. Parking was okay since this is in a shopping/dining area. I’d definitely come here again and try the wrap.

The salads are great the chicken gets better every time I come. All the veggies and salad greens are fresh. Keep it up y’all. Love the pistachio honey vinaigrette. Staff is so nice too. Just pick pasta, salad, or a wrap. And for 7 dollars it’s not over priced. It’s hard to find fresh food under 10 bucks for lunch in the area. Sincerely, The Duke.

This is the equivalent of an Italian Chipotle. For the value, fresh food, and the ability to mix in the ingredients of your choice it really can’t be beat. Everything has always tasted good each time I have been there. Great for families needing a good inexpensive meal out. The staff has always been friendly and the décor is nice with lots of seating.

Ehhh. I love the concept but I don’t think it’s worth the price. I’ve come a couple times, and gotten pasta each time. The pasta is great, but I feel like for paying almost $ 7 for the bowl alone, you could maybe get a bit more Italian sausage. Both times I’ve been I’ve gotten maybe half a dozen pieces in a big bowl of pasta. I love having all the options of vegetables but just a LITTLE bit more would be so much better. Maybe I’ll switch to chicken. I’m a huge fan of the idea of this place though, but sometimes it’s really easy to make something that’s a bit too salty so watch out. I really like their spicy napoletana sauce, it’s just spicy enough that I don’t feel the need to add a bit of red pepper. They also shave you big slices of parmesan off a gigantic wedge, and if you take it to go, it’s so awesome to come home to them melted over the top of your pasta. It’s very good though, but unfortunately it’s also pasta. I’m willing to pay a bit more since you can tell the pasta is homemade, but I just wish that price came with a bit more to it. In any case, it won’t mean I stop coming here, it’s just an infrequent thing for me.

You know what? I was actually pleasantly surprised by this place. I stopped by on a Friday night for dinner with a friend to this«Italian Chipotle.» First question — how many toppings can I get on my pasta? As many as I want? Sold. I found the amount of pasta more than enough for the price(it’s a deep bowl!) especially because I felt that the toppings were particularly fresh.(I understand that pasta is incredibly cheap to make but the toppings more than made up for it). The only big qualm I have is that their sangria is kind of very small and I don’t think it’s worth $ 3. Or at least put some ice in it to make me think it’s larger!

I’m quite in like with da Via’s concept: fast, casual Italian — what’s not to like? I’m surprised there aren’t more Italian restaurants like it. As previous reviewers have noted, da Via’s concept and set-up is very similar to that of Chipotle’s, as is the price range. da Via offers three main options: the pasta bowl, salad bowl or piada(Italian flatbread stuffed with various, meats, veggies and even pasta). To do the build your own option for any of the three, you simply choose your grill item(either chicken, meatballs, salmon, sausage or veggies), sauce(bolognese, napoletana, or rosa cream sauces /various salad dressings), and toppings(various cheeses and fresh veggies). Besides the BYO option, there are few pre-conceived entrees — which is what I tend to go for — I suppose I’m too lazy for BYO. I chose the ‘Bianca’ pasta bowl and the boyfriend had something along the lines of the ‘Milani(? — my apologies, I can’t quite remember…) pasta bowl. We both liked our entrees, both full of flavor and very filling. I particularly enjoyed our shared ‘piada stick’ — it’s like a compact pepperoni pizza! da Via is the perfect place for customized Italian on the go — the staff is friendly and you can’t beat the price!
