I had an awesome experience at the Eye Gallery! I don’t have vision insurance, so I was concerned about the cost, but the staff was very accommodating and helped me find the right option for paying everything out of pocket. The exam went smoothly, and Chris helped me pick out the perfect set of frames. I think Chris has a unique talent for picking the right frames for people’s faces. Honestly, I probably wouldn’t have picked up the frames he picked out for me on my own, but once I trusted him enough to try them on, they looked fantastic! Much better than the ones I would’ve picked out for myself if I left it up to my poor taste in style. I love my new look, and I appreciate Chris and the staff The Eye Gallery for setting me up with it!

I came in to check out the frames and was immedately helped with friendly and attentive service. I was able to walk right in and see the eye doctor for an exam and was guided around to find the perfect frames. I wanted to try a new kind of frame and I was shown a lot of great options that complimented my look. I felt the feedback I received from the employees on the frames was genuine and that they had good taste and recommendations. I can’t wait for my new glasses to arrive and I highly recommend this place!

This was by far the best eye experience I have ever had. Eye Gallery at Perimeter Place is very clean, the staff is very friendly, and Dr. Rayne was knowledgable and patient. The employee working, Chris, was extremely helpful, extremely knowledgeable on which frame was perfect for me, and handled helping several customers at a time with ease. I don’t think many people could have been as professional as he was on a busy Friday afternoon. I will never go anywhere else for my eyes.

This store is simply the best! The salesman, Mr. Economy, was incredibly professional. He was very knowledgeable and worked with me to construct a set of sunglasses that met my unique needs. He provided great input and I am thrilled with my purchase. If you expect supreme service and phenomenal product selection, go to this Eye Gallery store.

Probably my best experience getting an eye exam. The staff were very helpful and the selection of eyewear were very fashionable. Dr. Than did an excellent job of explaining what has changed with my vision and telling me exactly what my options were. When I made my decisions I felt I was not pressured and that the staff wanted what was the best solution for optimal vision.

I had a great experience when I came to the Eye Gallery for my eye exam. I stopped by on my lunch break in the hopes of getting in and out quickly. I just wanted to order some new contacts because I was long overdue for a fresh prescription, but you can’t order without a recent prescription and eye exam. Joy. The Eye Gallery is conveniently located in the Perimeter Center shopping area across from the Panera, just off of the traffic circle. Despite the lunch rush that plagues this area during the prime lunch hour, I was able to snag a spot along the main drag just in front of the store. The gregarious manager Chris greeted me as soon as I walked in, and invited me to sit in the little«waiting area» at the back of the showroom past all of the fancy glasses on display. There was only one other patient who was checking out at the front desk. I waited for two minutes tops before the polite blonde woman on staff invited me to sit down at the administrative desk to check in. At first, Chris dilly-dally’d with my insurance card as I nervously sat in my chair at the administrative desk, looking at my watch. He was bound and determined to figure out the insurance info in their system while I sat and watched helplessly. I insisted that I could file the claim later if they were unable to locate the specific plan, but they kept me there for a good 10 minutes until finally they realized that I could be getting examined while they worked on the insurance logistics, so they sent me off to meet with Dr. Than. Dr. Than was both thorough and honest in examining my eyes. When I admitted that I probably kept my disposable contacts longer than I should have instead of changing them out monthly, she warned me of the dangers of drying out my eyes. She took a look at my eyes to see if there was any damage from this lazy neglect on my part, and she said that the eyeballs looked good. But even so, she said, I shouldn’t take that kind of risk with wearing out my contacts like that again. She offered to let me come back for dilation exam at any time since I had to get back to the office. She sent me on my way with a prescription and a promise to dilate and examine my eyes in the next few weeks. I proceeded to the front desk to check out with Chris. He enthusiastically informed me that they had indeed been able to locate my vision plan information, and he proceeded to break down the cost for me. He was excited as I was to report how much I would be saving! And he even sent me on my way with a special rebate coupon for my lenses. The one shortcoming of the experience: I did not get my health card back from Chris after her conducted his furious insurance investigation. I was in such a rush to get back to the office that I completely forgot to ask for it back. Not a huge deal, but minor blip. I simply picked it up when I went back for my contact lenses(which were ready just two days after my appointment). The staff here got me in and out pretty quickly, and they also went out of their way to make sure that I was getting the best deal on my contacts.
