Norman did a hard wood install and hardwood refinish for me in my new home. He had the quote to me in 1 day, had amazing pricing and started right away. The work was completed quickly and beautifully and he worked with me to find a finish that I would really be happy with. My floors look absolutely amazing, they did such a great job! I have also used Double N on multiple occasions for carpet cleaning in my home listings as well as my personal home and I have never been disappointed. Great company to work with

I would have to say that I am very pleased with the carpet cleaning I’ve just had done for my high traffic living room and dining room. The guys arrived a little later than promised but brought two trucks so they could help each other out so they were done before I knew it! They were all very courteous and friendly. I will update in a couple of days after everything is dry and back in place.

I highly recommend are Double N Services. I had the carpet and padding replaced for my Master Suite this weekend. The proprietor is Norman (last name). His company is insured and bonded. I was able to purchase the padding from him. He showed up on time. He was both congenial and polite. He and Heime (Jaime) who is a mighty man, moved the furniture, removed the old padding and carpet, and installed the new padding and carpet. BTW he also picked my carpet up from Home Depot. All for a reasonable price. They provide a stretching service too. Norman’s number is 770−845−4303.
I purchased the carpet from Home Depot. While their installation prices seem reasonable and the timing is between 5 – 7 days was great; they charge for all of the associated costs. For example, the measurement is 35.00. (not so bad). The install is $ 45 for the first room. Well I replaced the carpet in the closet too. (A Girls Gotta Match) What got to me was the price per item to remove the furniture. (That’s when I stopped listening.)

As an update, Norman from the company did call and apologize for the experience and did indeed say that my particular technician did not work out at their company. So, it seems as if I got the bad egg on a first experience. He did get my rugs out to me personally, and offered some nice upgrades for a future opportunity to try their company again for floor care/​cleaning needs. Given all of their good reviews, and knowing they addressed the concern with this particular technician, I’d be willing to try them again.

This company is awesome for carpet cleaning. I used an Angie’s list deal and found out they have been a «Best Of» a number of years on there. Made my appointment on Sunday and had them at my home on Wednesday. Unlike many companies, Double N Services even called to confirm my appointment the day before.
Emmanuel called to let me know he could come a little early, but nonetheless they were on time and quite efficient. Emmanuel, my tech, did a wonderful job. He was very pleasant and got most of the stains out of my carpet. Now my carpet looks new!
