Absolutely terrible customer service from corporate on down and sub par food. The employee that prepared my food was rude, impatient and unsanitary. I was not greeted at all when I walked in even after I said hello. Once he finally acknowledged my presence he asked«what can I do for you?» to which I replied I had never been there before so I would need a second. Instead of making a suggestion or offering any help, he put on gloves and tapped a pen on the counter. I placed my order in the middle of which he stopped preparing to checkout another guest. He handled his transaction and proceeded to handle mine, all while still wearing the gloves he had put on to make my salad. He went to dig around in his pocket for the key to the cash register while handling my payment. He took off one of his gloves(I guess it was making it hard to get into his pocket). Once he was done with my transaction he went to finish my salad. He replaced the glove he had removed but kept the one on that he had touched money, the cash register, etc. with. Instead of using the tongs and serving spoons in the food containers, he used his dirty gloved hands to pick up the ingredients. When he was done he handed me the salad, no silverware, no flatbread; which the menu indicated is included with all orders. I asked about the flatbread and his response was«I mean it’s just grilled tortillas, you want that?» I emailed corporate about my experience and never heard back from anyone. I will never return to this Dressed or any other location and would discourage anyone else from eating here as well.

Horrible! I went in here for the first time and ordered a custom salad that came with 4 toppings, per their menu. NOWHERE on their menu does it say that cheese, craisins, and walnuts are extra. With all the extras that are NOT indicated on the menu, I ended up paying $ 9 for a salad that should’ve been $ 7. AND they tried to charge me for broccoli and beans, which i did not order. I also noticed that they over charged the customer in front of me, and the cashier said in a matter of fact way, that the guy can get a discount the next time he comes in… no apologies, no nothing. This place is very deceptive and I wish I would’ve told him not to worry about it and just walked out.

I wish I could give zero stars but I can’t I have been coming to this place for years and never have I had the worst experience here ever I tried to order a falafel salad and they had no falafel so I had to go back to the menu and decided to get a grilled salmon they did not have any salmon nor did they have goat cheese… I asked for the manger and the staff say that he was gone. For the past month everyday I order something these people do not have and to finally got a chance to see the so called manager he was on his phone doing what I don’t know and the poor girl who is on that register is stuck doing everything I really suggest u guys get it together because my co workers are complaining and we are deciding not to eat here anymore if this continues

What is going on at this place? I am a regular at Dressed along with my colleagues, like 1+ times a week. First, they stopped delivering themselves, it’s now through one of the delivery sites and that experience was awful. The service is much slower than before. Now I resign myself to picking it up and the salad quality stinks. This week I ordered a California for take out, there was NODRESSING, NOAVOCADO and NOALMONDS. On top of that, there were very few ingredients beyond the iceberg lettuce. I don’t know if it’s new management(we miss our friend) or a new company direction, either way, I’m out. I’ve given them too many chances. F2O here I come!

First time here. Didn’t get greeted or even eye contact for several minutes even though I was only one of two customers. Ordered Nicoise Salad. Took my tag to the cashier, but he didn’t know how to ring it out. Everyone working there was busy texting on their cell phones rather than paying attention to the two paying customers. Salad was wretched. Mostly iceberg lettuce, a few olives and not even a full bite of tuna. I dug through that salad SEARCHING for tuna, but nothing. Zip. Zilch. Nada. Nathan. I’m shocked by the favorable reviews. But I do see a few people have had similar experiences. Maybe I came on an off day? Regardless, I shan’t be returning.

I ordered delivery. it was prompt, my soup was warm, my salad crisp and it was delicious. Fresh ingredients with good flavors. I had the crab soup and Nicoise salad. both excellent.

I eat here 2x per week. I get the same thing everytime and the staff usually remembers without me even saying what I want! The salad is fresh, tasty, and healthy. I appreciate all the different salad options. The smores dessert is delish! Also– this is the only place you can be in and out with a to-go order in less than 5 mins. Perfect when im in a hurry. Thank you!

My office ordered lunch here a few weeks ago and I was pleasantly surprised with my Dressed salad! With this said, I am no Dressed expert and I’ve never been to their location as my office had the food delivered. The Asian Salad was awesome. I got the Asian dressing on the side(and I got a side of ranch) because I’m a picky eater, but the Asian dressing was sooo yummy(the ranch was just ok). I would have given 5 stars, but I asked for canjun chicken and I got dry, cold, flavorless, grilled chicken instead. Everything but the chicken was delicious and fresh! If anyone is wondering, they have Zapps potato chips, and the cajun ones are the voodoo kind and you should totally give them a try because they are delicious.

SOMETHING’S NOTRIGHTHERE I’ve been ordering from Dressed ever since they opened in my building. Sometimes I have them deliver to my office, which is a few blocks away. For the most part, I order the very same thing every time. So you can take my review as something akin to a controlled study. I can say without a doubt that something has changed at Dressed, and it’s not for the better. The last time I ordered my usual, the order was slightly messed up, with a different soup than ordered. Since it was delivery, and it was something I could eat, I just did anyhow and it was pretty ok. The salad, though, contained suspiciously less volume than usual. Also, there was hardly any of the meat on it, and some of the lettuce was actually a little past its prime. So today I decided to order my same salad again. Hard to believe it was possible, but there was EVENLESSMEAT on it than before. There was a lot more cheese, which I wouldn’t complain about, but I’m accustomed to having more of an equal balance on this salad. The big pisser, though, was that in addition to what I expect in the salad, there was something I did not expect: spicy pepper flakes. Now, the particular salad I order does not come with this. Neither did I order this as an extra. So my guess is that they arrived there through CROSSCONTAMINATION! The salad maker must not have used a different utensil or clean off the chopping board between prepping my salad and the one before it. It’s a good thing it was only spicy peppers and not something else that someone with a food allergy would not want in their salad. It’s also a good thing that I can take a hint of spice, though this was not my intention. In all. I think they are cutting some corners they didn’t used to cut. If you’re new to Dressed, you won’t notice. If you’re like me and have been a loyal customer for quite awhile, you might want to think twice. And yes, if you order anything other than one of their already-put-together combinations of salad, you can pay a heck of a lot more than you might want to for a salad.

I love this cute lil place! I eat Rick foods so often if I’m in midtown ATL I run by here and get a great salad! SO many great things to add and a dozen fresh scratch dressings. Soups & Golden Graham marshmallow treats are yummy too!

LOVE this place. I’ve not experienced a walk-in, I always get delivery, in which case the driver is always fast and friendly, my food is always fresh and delicious. It can get a little pricy when you deviate from the pre-set salad options, but I almost always have enough food for two meals. Dressed has a good thing going here. I wish there were more locations.

Was feeling the need to eat healthier and lighter for the night. Came to have a salad. It was decent, a little too cold for my liking, but it was ok. Had the tomato soup on the side, it had a metallic taste, like it came out of a can and it possibly could have.

This is like a subway but for salads. Good idea but wasn’t very impressed. Food wasn’t horrible but I paid $ 12 bucks for a salad that I could have gotten from a grocery bag o salad. I mean don’t get me wrong it wasn’t HORRIBLE by any means but its salad. They had PLENTY of options so you can make your own. If you need fast food that is healthy def. come here.

Great spot for a quick salad, wrap or panini– delicious! Healthy and actually tastes fresh unlike other salad spots. I always go for the make your own wrap and I haven’t been disappointed yet!(The cookies are pretty good too!)

Dressed is a delicious healthy gem in Midtown. I’ve been here a few times and each time the salads are fresh and plentiful. Seriously, the bowls are as big as my head. They make the salads to order and give a piece of bread to go along with the meal. They serve sandwiches, paninis, soups and smoothies, as well. I haven’t tried any but will eventually. Although, whenever my coworker and I come here it’s because we are trying to get away from sandwiches. The staff can be a little stand offish, which can make for a slight unpleasant experience, but my salad is always tasty. I can look past a few grumpy people.

Best Fresh chopped salad in Atlanta! Even though the salad menu is pre designed they are definitely open to you making changes such as the type of greens etc. Staff is really friendly and salads are delivery quickly to your table. The even deliver in Midtown

My teammate decided to treat our team and Our Executive Assistants today for Administrative Professional’s Day(a day early). Our main EA suggested Dressed. Initially, I was thrilled. Thrilled because I love Salads. and somewhere close to the office(and delivers). The pricing for the Salads I thought was a bit high. Once I received my bowl of Salad, it was worth the $ 9.75, as I couldn’t eat it all. Salad was Fresh and ingredients were well balanced in proportions to the lettuce. The only downfall to the other selections of salads is that majority of them are based with Mesculin mix. I’m allergic to these greens. Thus making my choices very narrow. I also order the Crab and Corn Chowder. It was flavorful, yet lacking crab and corn. It was mostly cream. I would suggest to have a better balance. I would definitely order from here again!

I’ve gotten food from here plenty of times, and today was my first stop in the restaurant. Overall, I’ll probably continue to be a takeout customer. I’ve had several salads from here, and today I went with the Asian salad with their sushi-grade seared tuna. It was good, flavorful and fresh, and made me feel full without being too full and sleepy. In the past, I got the Antioxidant one as-is because I was on a strict vegan fast for Lent. Same results that time, too: fresh and flavorful, and met the needs of the fast while being flavorful enough to satisfy my taste buds. They also have BYO salads and wraps, but I’ve never gotten one because I get overwhelmed with the choices. I find it easier to go with a recipe and customize it from there. I will say the price is a major deterrent for me. At $ 10−12/salad, I have a hard time justifying that on a regular basis. I came in this time because my schedule has been very hectic and didn’t have time to prep my lunches before the week began. However, in situations like these, I’m glad Dressed is nearby and offers fresh. healthy food. And, delivers to my office! The inside of the restaurant looked clean, for the most part. The back of house that I could see looked very, very clean; definitely a plus when they’re handling your food. And, all the hard surfaces in the dining room were clean, too. There’s a bench along the left-hand side of the restaurant that’s really badly stained and needs to be replaced. It’s made out of a green canvas material that shows stains easily, and you can also tell how worn the bench is. It looks saggy and kinda gross. Now I understand why people weren’t sitting on that side when I came in. I’ll be back, but for takeout only, probably. Good food, kinda pricey, okay dining area.

This place is great for lunch! I’ll start off with the parking situation. You can do street parking, or park in the deck. I don’t remember paying for parking, so I don’t think there’s a fee. Let me know if I’m wrong. I came here with a couple of friends who recommended the place. I honestly did not want to go to a salad place for lunch, but they were really convincing. My guy friends said it was very filling and delicious. So I decided to go with them one day after a class at Georgia Tech(a few blocks away). Get in line, figure out what you want, tell them what you want, pay at the register, and wait for your salad!(They offer student discounts, so bring your student ID with you! I believe it was 10% off, but I may be wrong [sorry]) I got the«California»($ 9.25)-Grilled chicken, avocado, egg whites, tomatoes. slivered almonds and iceberg with balsamic vinaigrette. (Substituted: almonds for pecans, and iceberg for baby spinach) They were really friendly, and had no problem with my substitutions. My friends also got smoothies; Peanut butter and Jelly smoothie, and Mint Avocado smoothie. I personally did not like the smoothies. I think the Mint Avocado smoothie was a little TOO minty… just my opinion. The other one was too sweet. Overall, the salad was delicious, filling, and satisfying. *They also sell HUGE chocolate chip cookies and other goodies at the register.
