Pros: Decent little dry cleaning shop. Their location is super convenient for many in midtown, and they are pretty fast with their turnaround. The prices are pretty standard. About $ 1.95 for men’s shirts, $ 7.50 for a sportcoat. Cons: My main gripe is that they don’t do a great job of getting out stains. I have taken several items here and no progress was made on the stains. Also, I took a pea coat to get dry cleaned recently – for which they charged me $ 15+, and I brought a button that fell off to have it resewn. They charged me $ 3 for the button, which is fine, but my old dry cleaner never would have charged for a button when bringing in $ 50+ of dry cleaning. Stuff like this irks me, so I am looking for a new dry cleaner.

I’ve lived in the Plaza Midtown for over two years and have used these cleaners since then. Recently, they’ve experienced some change in management/ownership which was not directly clear to me. The previous girl who was working always took extra care of me, my garments, and others during their time at the cleaners. As of recently, the older woman who works there has lost items, misconfigured alterations, and honestly doesn’t seem to care about the recurring customer base that helps the store thrive. After yesterdays experience where she was charing me for things that couldn’t be justified, I paid for the last of my services there, grabbed my clothing to be laundered from the counter and do not plan on returning to such haphazard and underwhelming service.

Perfect little cleaner in a fairly convenient location in Plaza Midtown so that you can grab Publix and cleaners and possibly pop over and sneak in a mani/pedi. Watch them on the alterations, have had a couple of things checked back in and found that they weren’t actually fixed.

Not sure why there aren’t any reviews yet, but this cleaner is right in my building so of course I use them. They don’t have a street entrance, only entrance is inside the garage, same garage where you park for Marlow’s or Publix in Midtown. What more can I say than the service is always friendly and prompt, the clothes always come back clean and without damage. The only complaint I have is that I’ve asked for heavy starch on my shirts and didn’t get any before, but they seem to be getting better at tracking what regulars want.
