Seems like they have extreme turnover always seems like they are«training». On top of that they are usually out of something, be it biscuits or what have you. Today was biscuits and this was before 9am. Typically the food is good. At the end of the day that’s what matters I suppose. For me though the«it’s always something experience has gotten old»!

The staff was very friendly and the croissant sandwiches were the best and hash browns are to die for. Definitely a good quick breakfast in the morning.

They are extremely slow. They don’t know how to cashier. They don’t take care of their customers properly. They make things incorrectly. The donuts are good. One morning they didn’t have croissants because they were burned. AVOIDTHISLOCATION.

I refuse to come here ever again. Take the extra 2 minute drive up to Starbucks and spend the extra $ 2. I live in one of the neighborhoods behind this DD. It was one of the perks of moving to this side of town getting a place to grab some coffee before and after work. Unfortunately in the FOURMONTHS I’ve been *trying* to get decent service or a consistent product, I’ve had no such luck. I’ve probably been here 50 – 60 times because of how convenient it is. Since I’ve been coming here via drive-thru, walk-in, morning, afternoon, evening, Saturday rush, etc. etc., I feel like I can write this review without any qualms. I order the same thing every time: Large Iced Caramel Latte and a bagel with cream cheese on the side. It has never changed in the years I’ve been opting to dine at this establishment. Less than 50% of the time has my order been correctly made. I wish I were kidding because you spend $ 5 — $ 7 every time you come, that adds up too quickly for my taste. Speaking of which the coffee I walked out with today doesn’t even have any! The service is freaking awful!!! Everyone always has an attitude and it’s always taken out on the customer. I’ve seen it in the store, I’ve heard it at the drive-thru speaker box, it’s happened to me, and it will happen to you if you make the WRONG decision to come here. Too many times I’ve had to explain my order — which I don’t find difficult since the drink I order is pictured largely on their menu. One time the girl even asked me if I knew how she was supposed to make it. Needless to say it came out disgusting. I’ve had one of their employees hit on me in the drive thru, making me very uncomfortable. I trust employees of well-established businesses to have a demeanor of professionalism, to say the least, and I can’t even expect that when I arrive here. No one is polite or friendly. I’m surprised to have read the reviews that say they had such a wonderful experience here. My boyfriend and I refuse to come back to this place. Even though it’s a 10 minute walk, a 2 minute drive, a way too convenient placing of any coffee shop for us to get the hint after so many terrible experiences, it’s just gotten to be way too much for me to afford to be so displeased… I vote to have this Dunkin Donuts replaced with absolutely ANYOTHER coffee/American café establishment.

Quick, fast, super friendly service! Definitely coming back. What else is there to say? I walked in, stood in line, ordered, paid, and got my box of donuts with smiles all around from the employees. I should mention it was nice and clean inside.

I had the worst experience here yesterday. And when I did the receipt survey to express my disgust, it only lets you use 200 characters. Really?! So I’ll post it HERE! When I pulled up to the drive through window, I sat there for three minutes before anybody said anything. I had to say hello for someone to respond. Then she still told me to wait one moment. She then came back, and asked me what I’d like, I ordered a medium iced butter pecan latte. She repeated it back to me, asked if I wanted cream and sugar(I’ve never been asked this, but I know it’s sweet already, so I said a little cream please) she then asked if there was anything else I needed. I ordered a chips ahoy doughnut. She repeated it back to me, and asked if there was anything else I need it. I said no, she said pull forward for your total. When I get to the window, she opens and says hello. It tells me my total She repeated it back to me, and asked if there was anything else I need it. I said no, she said pull forward for your total. When I get to the window, she opens and says hello. She tells me my total is $ 4.75. I pay with my mobile app. She hands me the donut and says my drink will up in a moment. I waited over 4 minutes for her to come back to the window with my drink. Waiting so long, I say thank you and pull off the line. I make it about 1 mile away from the store, put my straw in, and noticed that it is nothing but cream. No butter pecan flavor no latte of any kind. At this point I’m very upset and realize I have to go back to the store because this is definitely not what I ordered. I get back to the store, and this time I go inside. She’s the only one there working both the window and the register upfront. There are a few people in line in the store, it looks like there’s a car at the window. There are a few people in line in the store, it looks like there’s a car at the window. I wait patiently for her to wait on everyone else, before I speak up. The other customers were there before me. She finally gets to me and says what can I do for you. I explained to her I ordered a butter pecan latte, and unfortunately, what I received was nothing but cream. She told me that’s how it’s supposed to be. I said I’m sorry ma’am, but I come to this DD almost everyday, order this latte and it taste nothing like this. Can you please make me another. She insisted on telling me over and over that that’s how it’s supposed to be. Then a gentleman in a managers shift and name tag comes out of the back room and asked what’s going on. She tells him that I got a butter pecan latte and then I’m not happy with it because it taste like cream. He says not a problem, let’s just make her a new one. So about five minutes after that, I notice she’s not making my drink but ask the manager how to make the latte. So I this point, I’m thinking she doesn’t know how to make it, and she made me the first one so that’s why it wasn’t correct. Not a problem if you’re just honest that you don’t know how to make it and ask for help. So he says no problem I’ll do it. Says to me, how to make the latte. I say yes and walk closer to his side of the counter. He then continues to tell me that they ran out of butter pecan flavoring a few weeks ago, that’s probably why my drink didn’t taste like it because they were trying to make it up for me. ma’am, you had butter pecan correct? I asked why they just couldn’t tell me out the window that they didn’t have it, or else I would’ve asked for something else. So this time I asked for my money back and if you could make me something else because I’m unhappy. Unfortunately he said since I paid with the mobile app that I can’t get my money back, but he’s more than happy to make me a different drink. This time I asked for a hazelnut iced coffee and informed him I would be reaching out to Dunkin’ Donuts about the situation. He made my coffee gave me a straw, and asked me to taste it before leaving because he’d be glad to make me something else. I tasted my coffee, it was fine, I said thank you and I left the building. This is my every day Dunkin’ Donuts, and I feel extremely dissatisfied with this experience. And couldn’t even bring myself to go here today; so I went to Starbucks.

Waited over twenty minutes for a sesame bagel with eggs and bacon, finally when I enquired why it was taking so long, I was informed that they were out of sesame bagels. I was then asked if I wanted something different, I asked for a refund and was told I’d have to wait for a manger. Out of time, I left. Contacted store, still waiting for my refund and an explanation. Avoid this establishment.

This Dunkin Donuts has been consistently normal. I swing by a few times a week for morning coffee on my way to work. They never wow’d me with service, but the quality of the product was worth 3 stars with 1 for consistent friendlyish service. BUT today I was disappointed. The bagel barely had any cream cheese and the girl at the window was whistling in monotone. She asked me if it was annoying, I said no and asked if she just learned how to whistle. She replied«no, am I retarded?»…

These guys could not be more rude. I had the worst drive thru experience with them. Not only did I need to repeat my order 3 times(twice at the box and once when I pulled up), but after they forgot my sugar and straw for my drink, I patiently waited at the window. Some other woman came to the window and rudely asked what I needed. After I asked for a straw and 5 sugars, she decided to count each packet individually in my face like I was a child. I will take my business elsewhere and would recommend others to stay away from this location.

Definitely my favorite Dunkin Donut location. The staff is very, very friendly here, they always get my order right, and they’re very helpful and patient. The atmosphere here is very inviting, with comfy chairs, plenty of tables, and good music. Its a great place to get some studying done, meet with a colleague, or just to read a good book.

Staff is nice, but overworked. I’ve used this DD to kill some time before trivia night down the street. Every time I come here, there’s always one person holding down the fort for both the drive through and the interior line. This means everything is slooooow. Every staff person I’ve seen here has always had to thank me for my patience. And there’s just something wrong with that.

Never go here!!! WORSTDONUTSHOPEVER!!! Got a half dozen the other day and one of them had MOLD on it, GREENDISGUSTINGMOLD! and another was actually rock hard, like break your tooth off hard. We couldn’t even eat any of them they went strait into the trash as i picked them up on my way home from work and wasn’t about to drive back over there in traffic. Also Customer service was even worst than walmart, the guy was annoyed that he had a customer and tried to rush me so he could go sit back down.

Only go to this location if you are using the drive thru. The cashiers and service are super low if you walk in to the shop however, the drive thru service will get you in and out in no-time.

The best thing about this Dunkin’ Donuts is it finally allowed me to taste«burnt coffee». I always hear people complaining about burnt coffee but didn’t know what they meant. I’ll clue you in, it tastes kind of like how cat urine smells. Add a little bit of artificial creamer and you’ll be awake, alert, and probably cancerous by 9am. I really don’t understand how you can screw up coffee, especially when its automated, but I guess this Dunkin Donuts found the secret. Oh yeah, the donuts, yeah, they don’t make them. They get them delivered, and by how they taste I’m guessing from the day before. I mean, they set the bar low with the coffee, so mine as well stay consistent with their stale do
