The worst Dunkin, they should feel ashamed to have this restaurant represent their brand. Usually i go to the dunkin by my house but when their line is very long I proceed to a location closer to my job. It just so happens that one morning i ended up at this store. I ordered my usual iced coffee with cream and sugar with a boston cream. The doughnut was stale, and the iced coffee was like drinking sea water full of sand. It didnt dawn on them that you dont put granulated sugar into a cold drink because(duh) it wont disolve. When i called the manager disappointed he had the nerve to scold me on my order because i didnt tell them to «melt the sugar».something i have NEVER had to tell at any other dunkin or other coffee shop. I was apalled, just unprofessional. He offered to replace it and reminded me to «ask for melted sugar» yet lo and behold the next day i went back and did exactly as he said and it was the same thing. On top of that i added a boston cream to my order and it was stale again. I dont know whats wrong here it just lacks all common sense and decency.

I frequent this location because it’s close to my job. Overall they are thorough and friendly. I only ask that they keep muffins and danish items in the tissue paper when they pick it up, then put in your bag. They toss those items in the bag loose with brown napkins! Today my cheese danish had brown napkin stuck to it. Only sandwiches are wrapped in paper. Seems like they are being cheap with supplies.

This is by far the worst Dunkin’ Donuts in all of Atlanta! Every time I come here and I go through the drive-through, no one can get any order correct. You constantly repeat yourself at the window, about 45 times, and it when you get to the window they have absolutely no idea what you said and they ask you again. Then on top of that; they don’t except the app coupons. They always say their card reader is down, so they expect you to pay cash every single time. There’s about four people who cannot speak English at the window when you get there, and still all four of them have no idea what you ordered and ask you to repeat yourself. I don’t care what language you speak, but if you can’t understand us and we can’t understand you, I understand that that may be difficult. But this is a constant issue at this particular Dunkin’ Donuts. I don’t come to this one often because of this reason. I’m at Dunkin’ Donuts twice a day every day, and this particular shop, makes me never want to drink it again. They really need to fix the management and the staff at this location. And make sure they train the people probably so they can give good customer service. They are the worst! They’re lucky I can’t give zero stars and it makes me give them one star, not worth it at all.

If they keep their donuts fresh(like in the mornings), it’s great. I usually come in to get a coffee. They are fast on service and knowledgable. Also on the ice cream(Baskin Robins)

Never been inside the place, but the drive through always moves at a pretty steady pace and it am absolutely in LOVE with their garlic bagels! I thought they sounded gross at first when my coworker told me about them, but I’d say they’re definitely worth the garlic breath you’ll have all day from eating them!

Nice and quiet DD. It was once to just sit and relax. They seemed to step their game up with their seating. .as it reminded me a bit of Starbucks seating with the comfy chairs around the little table.

DD Employees don’t really know how to explain their product lines well. I ordered their iced latte and I had to ask if there were flavors to add since she didn’t volunteer an option, I chose caramel… then she asked«sweet or unsweet»… …a bit strange right? How does adding caramel give you any«unsweet» option? She couldn’t explain what she meant by the odd question and didn’t seem to care that it didn’t make sense. Donuts weren’t fresh when I went in the afternoon. Not surprising, but not worth many stars on the rating scale. What I do like is the new remodel and the cleaner contemporary look.

Since we moved to Atlanta in 2008, moved back to CA in 2010, and now are back we have come to this place for our ice cream. Ram who is the general manager/owner is awesome! We ordered a Chocolate Blast(which is no longer on the menu) and he made it for us perfectly. This place is a must!

Newly remodeled! Still have Baskin Robbins ice cream too! Some DD, after a remodel, do not continue serving BR ice cream… but they DID! Awesome… my girls love it! Great coffee! Great donuts! Great breakfast! Great ice cream!

I wanted a quick meal for driving, I dropped into this Dunkin for a coffee and a breakfast sandwich. That was a mistake. While there was a short line for the register, it moved quickly and the cashiers were making coffee and serving up donuts fast. My sandwich order was taken and while they made the change, the coffee was handed to me. And then, time stopped. This is where the line for the register started to grow and grow. Some people got their food orders. Some more people got their food orders. One guy brought his food order back with a problem. And still, people who came into the shop after me are getting their food. Finally, I get the guy’s attention and tell him what I ordered and he was able to put it together. Somewhere in the confusion, the orders got messed up and some stuff got skipped. There were more than a few upset customers today. I try hard not to give out one star reviews. Out of the nearly 2000 reviews I’ve written so far, less than 2% get the«Eek! Methinks not.» and they have earned it. The lesson here is, great coffee and great donuts. Stick with what you know.
