I actually have to agree with both of the reviews that are written — this training facility is small, great cast for a sitcom, personable, but aloof at the same time. I trained there for a couple of years and drove all the way to Buckhead. Scheduling could be a problem, but I had an odd schedule too. I think the gym is a great concept, but it was extremely over cramped, and the air conditioning is broken along with the sound system. I got good results, but the one thing I was lacking was a good diet and motivation. It was something I needed focus on badly, was promised, but it never was delivered. I have since left, found a great trainer and nutritionist, and I hope to compete in my first show next summer. Remember, fitness is a business, this place is no different, you either click or you don’t. Kudos to Sam and Marc — super nice guys.

Not my favorite place. It’s like a claustrophibic fraternity house. The trainers are raucous, the manager doesn’t return calls. Hope you don’t run into the office manager, who has something against customer service. Don’t go upstairs in the summer, the air conditioning doesn’t work. If you do go upstairs, you’ll notice the nude photos of the egomaniac owner(you can’t miss them) Be careful where you step, there’s very little room, and you might trip on an exercise machine or someone training. The parking lot is worse, if you can get a spot. Otherwise you have to park next door in the abandoned lot, covered in knee high weeds. It is, however, the cleanest gym I’ve ever seen — kudos to the cleaning crew.
