Well after many request for me to update the review on this location, I am very pleased to say there have been moderate improvements. By moderate I am speaking of the front desk staff. They are still very much hit or miss and a couple that I wouldn’t be sad to see go but I do adore Kendra. What a breath of fresh air!!! In addition, this therapist chuck has exceeded my expectations over and over. I can say that if he should leave I will probably be done but for now it’s worth the wrongs or averages to get the session I get with him. Very very pleasant! I do hope the front can change a bit and the attitude of they are doing you a favor will go away! Otherwise, I would upgrade the new team four to five. Maybe next review I can!!!

My wife and I both had massage Saturday afternoon. We arrived 15 minutes early and started ten minutes after scheduled appointments. The massage was a more like a light back rub. Stones could have been heated more. Message ended ten minutes before the hour. Total message time on table was 40 minutes — felt very short. I gave this same feedback to the red headed manager on duty. She took our money and said she would pass it along to owners.

This is an updated review. My initial experience was not the greatest, and as a result the owner called me and did everything to try to make it right. I went back in for a second time and my experience was substantially better which is why it’s getting a 5-star review. My massage was wonderful, Kim was great and my experience over all turned out to be a good one.

Wonderful massage! I had Andrew as my therapist. We discussed Game of Thrones in detail while he was working out some of the kinks in my lower back. I feel great but I rescheduled another massage. Their wellness program is a great deal!
